Mr. Greene answered questions we had regarding a 2006 S2000; reviewed the car with us and questions he wasn't sure about, he was honest enough to say and that he'd find out. We also met a manager, that was also polite and conversational. Neither Randall or the manager were "pushy" saying we had to buy a car today. We actually felt comfortable and enjoyed talking, not only about the S2000, but our experiences we'd had in searching for just the right vehicle. He even survived my husband giving him a hard time. (he does that a lot) Randall just went with the flow and really seemed sincere in helping us get what we were looking for. And we did. When I called on Monday, 7/20 and let him know I wanted the car, we discussed getting the information together and he called again a little later and said the car could be delivered to our home. FANTASTIC. WONDERFUL. MIRACULOUS. We've never had this kind of service, except for the John Deere tractor. Randall can tell you the story. My neighbor was so impressed that she's thinking about a "fun" car. Needless to say, we've sung praises about Metro Honda to co-workers, friends and family. I'm enjoying the car, which is MINE. He was not pushy which I greatly appreciated. He listened to what we had to say and gave advice only if we asked his opinion. From talking to us on the phone he knew safety was the most important issue. When we asked about cars other than Hondas he was able to tell us their safety features and compare them to the Hondas. I came away from the experience feeling like Greg Pence really was concerned that we be happy with the Ridgeline we had picked out. He had new braked put on the truck without us asking. He stated that anything that we saw that needed fixing he would take care of it. For a manager he seemed to be a very carrying person. He is responsible for getting the used cars to sale and he seems to do a very good job. All the vehicles we looked at were very nice. He gave a what we think was a very good price. We are pleased. He kept saying, "We want you to be hppy with what you get." I am sorry that I do not remember the financial officer's name, I think it might have been Jim Furr but I am not sure. He was there on Monday evening July 13 and he was the only one there that night. He explained everything and made sure we understood each item before we signed it. He was professional and answered all our questions. I will say I usually walk away from talking to the finacial officer feeling like we got took. Therefore, I had decided we would get none of the extras. I was pleasantly surprised at just how above board he was. We did take the extended warranty because of how he presented the information. All costs were right there for us to see. He also did the paper work in a timely manner. I have sat in financial officer'offices for over 3 hours. I am sure we were out in less than an hour. Yes,we will buy another vehicle from Metro Honda. Quality of workmanship and safety are very important to us. We have owned 6 Honda vehicles. I doubt I will ever buy anything else. Metro Honda makes buying a car a good experience. More

I was looking for a used Toyota Corolla and like many buyers today did some research and hunting on line. I found that Metro Honda had a low mileage one listed so I called to inquire. When I arrived it was parked out front waiting. We took it out and Randall was encouraging and professional. He and the sales manager then allowed me to take it for an hour so I could show my wife. We bought the car that day. The finance person who handled the paperwork was the best and most efficient I have ever dealt with. All in all an excellent experience - I would return and ask for Randall to help with any future car buying needs. More
