There were NO dealer installed options on the car 2. We neither asked for or were asked if we wanted the "Prepaid" service 3. We neither asked for or were asked if we wanted the "Extended Warantee" After some words, we ended up paying our original quoted price. WATCH OUT!!!! This type of tactic MUST be condoned by dealership management. I'll NEVER BE BACK!!! I EXPECT TO BE TREATED HONESTLY AND WAS NOT!!! More

The Best! I recently purchased a new 2009 Honda The Best! I recently purchased a new 2009 Honda Ridgeline from Metro Honda of Union County, NC and found the total buying experience at Metro to be The Best! I recently purchased a new 2009 Honda Ridgeline from Metro Honda of Union County, NC and found the total buying experience at Metro to be the best I've had in twenty plus years of new auto purchases. This experience began with an e-mail request for quote on a 2009 Ridgeline, RTL, Bali Blue. In less than 24 hours, Metro's internet salesman, Matt Hatfield responded with a very reasonable quote on this vehicle. I immediately contacted Matt by phone and was able to work out a very good deal for the Ridgeline including the value for my trade-in. Matt was wonderful to work with. His approach to auto sales was professional, low pressure, very fair and he kept his word on each aspect of the deal (rare for many auto salesmen). When we arrived at the dealership, Matt was there to greet us and had everything in place for our new purchase. He walked us through each function on our new vehicle and accompanied us for the test drive. Because we currently own a 2002 Honda Odyssey and were interested in the new features on the 2010, Matt took the time to introduce us to the 2010 Honda Odyssey and let us test drive one of those also. The Metro dealership and staff that we met were all great to work with. The waiting area proved to be an oasis for me and my family that had traveled from Sanford, NC for this new purchase. Free video and x.Box games were just the ticket for my son. First run DVD movies, popcorn, Cappuccino and cookies were all part of the overall buying experience. At Metro Honda, however, our sales representative Malachi was attentive and helpful from the very first minute we spoke. He took the time to listen to our needs and our concerns, and he provided the information and insight we needed to make the right decision to fit our lifestyle and our budget. He even spent the extra time locating the Civic we really wanted... Atomic Blue paint and all. The time, attention, care and follow-through provided by everyone on the Metro Honda team all came together to give us the best car-shopping experience I could have asked for. More
During the course of our purchase visit we were introduced to most of the employees at the dealership. We were purchasing our new CRV through the "Cash For Clunker" program with the assistance of introduced to most of the employees at the dealership. Everyone at the dealership were friendly and not befuddled when we arrived three hours prior to our appointed time. It was a painless, great experience and if we didn't live 4 hours away from the dealership, we would look forward to servicing our vehicle there. The staff were most helpful in telling us where our local service could be obtained. The shop looked like a NASCAR garage, and clean enough to eat off the floor. The dealership as a whole was very inviting with a relaxed casual atmosphere. Our Honda product was well represented by a knowledgeable professional staff working in an excellent facility. Most important is the fact that we are delighted with our choice of a new Honda CRV. More

I have purchased 2 cars from Roberto Gonzales, salesman at Metro Honda. When I went to Metro Honda to purchase the first vehicle, I met Roberto. He was knowledgable, curteous, friendly, and most of all, lo at Metro Honda. When I went to Metro Honda to purchase the first vehicle, I met Roberto. He was knowledgable, curteous, friendly, and most of all, low key. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. It was such a great change from previous experiences to work with someone who had my best interest in mind, and was obviously going to let me make up my own mind. Because I was so pleased with my first Honda purchase, I returned 6 months later and purchased a second Honda for my son. I made sure that Roberto was the person that we saw, as I was so impressed with his professionalism the first time. And the rest of Metro Honda followed suite. Everyone was friendly and cordial. It is a pleasure to know that there is a dealership in my area that I can feel so confident in, and will continuing to give them my business. More
I went in to buy a new car. Was waited on immediately. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Talked with the sales manager, told him exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. I have to say the experience in dealing with Nelson in person was as pleasant as talking with him on the phone. There was no pressure and he was able to answer all our questions. Both Nelson and David were very professional and efficient. With the "Clunker" program in process, the dealership was very busy, but Nelson and David took all the time needed to assist us in having a great experience.
