I visited Metro Honda looking to trade in my 2009 Accord for a 2010 Odessey. The decision was hard for me because I love my Accord. He was able to help me right away and answer all of my questions. He was very detailed and explained all of the features the van had to offer. He worked very hard to help me get the van I needed and the price I could afford. He was very professional and I felt like I wasn't being rushed or pushed into making a decision. The fiance and insurance guy was great also. He explained all of the extra features you could purchase as well as the price. Cheyenne Groome was our salesperson. She went out of her way to work with us on buying a new car for our son. We called her ahead of time about a CRV and color and it was waiting and ready for us to try ou way to work with us on buying a new car for our son. She spent a lot of time with my son showing him the various features on the CRV. She helped us get the best trade in value on my son's Civic. She is just great.
