We were helped through the finance process also, and even opted for pre-paying our maintenance on the vehicle through the 120,000 mile service. This dealership (which we have used for service in the past) is exemplary in all aspects. This is from sales, management, office staff and service. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that was looking for a Honda vehicle. More
Without a doubt, this was the most enjoyable and stress free experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. All other locations that we have purchased Hondas from, have made us feel like they were n free experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. All other locations that we have purchased Hondas from, have made us feel like they were not willing, or did not have to work with us. Metro was the complete opposite. The staff there could not have been more accomidating and friendly. They even offer an area for our son to sit a play actual free arcade video games, while we waited. We found the car we liked on the internet and made a call to Mark. Within four hours of making that call, and that includes a 45 minute drive to their dealership, we were driving home a gorgeous one owner Accord. Metro has absolutely EARNED two, and maybe three (our son), customers for life. More

That's exactly what Brian Barry did - and he's the Finance Manager. We received an excellent value for our trade-in, and every Honda we've purchased (CR-V, Fit and now an Element), we bought from Jerald. It's unfortunate the highest rating possible on this survey is a 5 - they deserve 10's. Excellent customer experience. More

Malachi corresponded with me very professionally and promptly. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. I am from another state so all of our corresponding was via e-mail and phone but when I did visit the dealership everyone who walked by where I was sitting said hello and ask if I wanted a beverage. I was very impressed with the service I received. They made buying this vehicle very easy and pleasant. More

It was an excellent buying experience made possible by sales person Roberto Gonzalez. We drove the Odyssey on Thursday, received a great price quote from Roberto on Friday and committed to buy the car tha sales person Roberto Gonzalez. We requested a new CD-HU be installed and figured 2 or 3 days for the dealership to order and install. When we went to fill out the paperwork and pay for the vehicle on Saturday, we were totally surprised to find that the car was detailed ready for delivery AND the CD untit already installed!! Roberto made sure that the service department got the CD player installed ASAP. Roberto was great about explaining all the bells and whistles on our Odyssey...which I consider to be a rolling living room. The service department even went the extra mile . Roberto followed up with a phone call to me on the following Monday to answer any questions or concerns we might have about the Van. We love our Honda Odyssey, the deal we received and the way we were treated by the staff at Metro. When the need arises for another vehicle, Metro Honda will definitely be our first stop. This is our THIRD purchase and we will return again! More
