I was very pleased with the overall experience at Metro Honda. The dealership where I had purchased the Civic and have been getting service done on it did not have any out on their lot. Roberto showed me the new 2010 CR-V's and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He introduced me to Greg and I realized then that Greg had actually worked with me when I purchased my 2006 Civic from another dealer. They were very helpful, very courteous and went to great lengths to assure that I got exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend them to others. More
Malachi made my car leasing experience a great one. The minute I pulled up to the dealership, Malachi was there to greet me and show me the vehicle we had discussed on the phone. The CRV was well equipped to my standards and ready for me to drive away that day. The paperwork was ready for me to sign and I was done within 30 minutes. It was the most convenient car leasing experience I have ever had. He followed up the next day to make sure I was happy, he even called me the next week just to check in again, making sure everything was running smoothly. I will never visit any other dealership; everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. I just love my new CRV and would recommend Malachi to anyone I know who is in the market for a great car, friendly service and a one of a kind sales agent. Thank you so much for everything! More

Our experience with Metro Honda was great. Mike was excellent to work with; he was never pushy but made himself available to answer any questions. From the time I drove up the personel was there to help me with the purchase of a new Honda. Stan stoppped what he was doing to see how he could help me. He was easy to talk with and was not pushy. He asked what I was looking for and the features that I was looking for. After that discussion he offered me three different choices of cars that were in stock. He emphasisized that if the cars chosen were not exactly what I wanted he would get his manager involved to search other dealerships. We took a test drive and he thouroughly explained the operations of the car from the radio to the valet locking of the trunk. I was then intorduced to the sales manager Duane expecting to be handed off for hard negotiating. To the contrary he was thankful that I had stopped by and asked what would it take to earn my business. He was positive in the conversation and had answers to each of my questions on price and service. I received a fantastic price on my trade and the net price on the car made the deal. All that was left was to convince my wife. I instructed Stan to be careful not to oversell her and that extra pressure from him would kill the deal. Stan did great, Stan even called me after he had her test drive the car to make sure that he did not pressure her on closing the deal. After I agreed on a price with Stan and Duane, Joe the finance manager worked to give me a finace deal that I could not find on my own. He made sure I was aware of service programs they offered and car care programs that would give me a piece of mind for years to come not an extra burden. I went to this dealership six years ago and ended up buying elsewhere. This time was different. Stan, Duane and Joe really demonstrated how much they wanted my business. Stan called me two days later just to ask how the car was handling and he wanted me to bring it back for a quick service check and go over any questions that me or my wife might have. Thank for the great experience. This is vehicle number 15 for me and my family and it was the best experience in car buying that I had over the last 25 years. More
I went in for an oil change and state inspection and came out with a brand new car that I love!!! The entire staff at Metro Honda is really glad you are there and they are so willing to help.
