Went to the dealership with the internet price obtained on a new Honda Odyssey. The intent was to see if the deal was good enough to trade a 2007 CRV for the 2010 van. He showed authenticity in his explanation of the vehicle I purchased in that if he didn't know something then he would say so and not make it up. I know this because I did extensive research on the car and knew it inside out. You can expect Roberto to look after you. We then decided to look at the possibility of Honda buying out my Mazda lease which was due in August. I was interested in the CRV. I had previously been a Honda owner with a Honda Odyssey and really love the Honda and the service departments at the Honda dealerships.
