We live 1 and 1/2 hours from the dealership. Mr. Smith showed us two cars, one from the internet and another we hadn't seen. Somehow he knew exactly which car our daughter would prefer and was exactly correct. We were presented with a notebook containing the carfax information and other documents about the Honda Civic we were considering. As we waited for Mr. Smith to discuss the particulars of the sale with the finance person, the dealership provided us and the other costomers lunch - a choice of grilled hot dogs or hamburgers, chips and sodas. An added treat. The entire experience was pleasant and professional. There is no other information we needed about the dealership. Upon arriving at Metro Honda, it was apparent the dealership wanted to sell cars and was not in the business of high pressure, but working with its costumers. More

Nelson worked diligently to be sure he understood what our needs were and to ensure that they were met. We altered the features we were looking for a few times and he always kept pace...we moved up the date of pickup, and he made sure the vehicle was ready. The location itself is a gem - anyone who has children will appreciate the variety of activities from movies to video games to more hands on toys are available for all ages, and plenty of options for beverages and snacks are available as well. Nelson and the manager, Daniel, went above and beyond the call of duty by also providing feedback to us about the various areas that we were considering in our search for a place to live. This is a truly no hassle experience. The sales and finance folks were actually a pleasure to work with.
