My name is Gordon Huneycutt. My family have owned Hondas for at least 25 years. We do our research before buying a vehicle, however. I don't trust car sales people! Malachi, however, made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He was not aggressive with us at any time. That would have been a deal breaker. I can buy anywhere. He answered all our questions and gave us a competetive price from the begining. I have never experienced that. Most importantly, he listened to me and did what I ask. I told him after the first contact that I did not want to be called at all. I would make a decision and call him back. He gave me a reasonable time that he could hold the price and I called him with the decision. When we purchased the car, Malaci stayed late that evening to walk us through the different features on the car and answer all our questions. I have never had a better car buying experience. If Malaci or sales staff at Metro treat us this way in the future I will buy from them again and I will send others that way. Buy the way, this was my third car from Metro Honda.
