When I first called Metro Honda, I got Marcus. He was very friendly and helpful so I decided to go to his dealership even though it was not the one nearest to me. When I got there he showed me around a very friendly and helpful so I decided to go to his dealership even though it was not the one nearest to me. When I got there he showed me around and let me test drive the car we had talked about on the phone (a used Fit) I found that it did not have enough leg room for me because I need to keep my left knee pretty straight when I drive because of my arthritis and knee problems. We decided to try a Civic and I drove it too and loved it. I was really impressed with it. It seemed perfect for me! I have some credit problems, so he and Malachi helped me get a payment amount that I could handle. I told him that I wanted to have my son look at it with me and he did not get back from work until 4:00 that afternoon. He let me drive the car to take something to my sister-in-law because she called and needed something. I picked up my son after work in the Civic and he came back with me to Metro Honda. He was being very protective of me trying to get the best deal for me. My other son had called from Oregon. He manages a car dealership in Oregon and was telling me to some things to ask for. Marcus and Malachi were very patient and polite during that process! My sons and I were finally satisfied by 10:30 or so at night. I signed the papers. The told me that since it was so late, they couldn't try to get my interest rate down further until the next day. The next morning Marcus called and asked me to come back out because they were able to get my interest rate down 5 points and lower my payments. I worked a lot with Dave in the financial department that day and he was very helpful and pleasant. It was a much more positive experience than I was expecting and I usually hate buying a car. I would definitely recommend Metro Honda to anyone especially with Marcus, Malachi, and Dave! More

This was my first experience buying a used vehicle by searching over the internet.It was an absolute wonderful experience. Robert the sales manager was very friendly and accommadating . He actually went out with his cell phone to video the ford I was looking to purchase. His decription of the Ford Explorer was on the money and very fair on the price. The salesman Nelson was awesome as well . He made the transaction smooth and effortless and even came to the airport to pick me up. I live almost 300 miles away and I would have to say I would go back to buy another vehicle from them. The used 2008 Ford Explorer was like new. I highly recomend this dealer as they have won many awards from Honda. More

After quoting with a number of dealers in the South and Southeast, we decided to purchased from Metro Honda,in large part because of Frank's help. Frank handled the sale with all of the expertise that I had come to expect from him and from Metro Honda. (Note, we hadn't purchased a vehicle for over 10 years.) Metro Honda and Frank were so much better than our previous dealer in Mississippi. His efforts for us *after* the sale were exemplary. Frank's competence, friendliness, and work ethic are factors that will lead me to Metro Honda for my next purchase. Knowing exactly my needs and what I was looking for, a nice shape used van with stow-away 2nd and 3rd row seats, I ventured to this local Indian Trail's dealership's website - and there it was - a 2006 Ch nice shape used van with stow-away 2nd and 3rd row seats, I ventured to this local Indian Trail's dealership's website - and there it was - a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Touring van which has almost 30 cubic feet more cargo room than the van I had due to the great stow-away seats feature. With the dealership being less than 3 miles from my home, I drove straight over to see if it was still there and confirm the stow-away feature in person. Stan Vuckovic saw me and asked to assist me within 2 minutes of my getting out of my car. We immediately went to the vehicle and I told him what was important to me about this particular van and that I wanted to see the 2nd and 3rd row seats folded into the floor for myself. Without a hitch, he was on it. Once satisfied of this feature, I asked to test drive the vehicle. Stan obliged, put some gas in it, and we were on our way. Even though not a Honda vehicle, Stan was confident and knowledgeable of this Chrysler's features which impressed me (both Stan and the features..lol). The vehicle even had a working DVD player (with 3 wireless headsets & a remote control) as well as steering wheel mounted audio controls which were other nice convenience features. Sold. What I ADMIRE best about Metro Honda of UNION COUNTY is they are extremely PROUD TO BE IN INDIAN TRAIL, NC and in UNION COUNTY -- their successful television marketing campaign is second to none for Indian Trail and Union County. I was glad to spend my money with this local Indian Trail dealership and feel confident my taxes on the vehicle would support OUR schools and infrastruture rather than surrounding counties and states. I encourage ALL Union County vehicle shoppers to at least START HERE FIRST for their automotive needs -- buying at Metro Honda of Union County helps keep Indian Trail's municipal taxes the LOWEST OF ANY TOWN IN NC with a population of over 20,000. I found the entire staff to be friendly, courteous, product knowledgeable, with a noticeable lack of pressure unfortunately found at most other dealerships. More

I happened to stop by Metro Honda looking for a low milage, used car, light color in interior and exterior. Marcus came out to speak to me...asking what I was looking for. The next day I received a call from Marcus telling me he had found a car that sounds like what I wanted plus sun-roof, leather interior, power everything, low-mileage, great stereo, etc.. I went that day and drove the car. The next morning, Marcus called me to tell me that the price of the car dropped when looking on-line. I then thought about putting a down pymt. on the car...but I hadn't until Marcus called me to tell me that another interested customer was coming to view the car that very day and the car may be purchased by someone else. Needless to say, to gave my info to him over the phone for down pymnt. I have never had anyone do so much to try to help me with my needs..!!! He is personable, friendly, and just an all-around exceptional employee..!! By the way, ALL salesmen should wear pink-oxfords..!! I'm just saying....pink on a man, young or old, when selling to a woman....would certainly close the deal...ALWAYS..!! More
