He helped me compare two different types of the model side by side and let me test drive both so that I could understand the differences. I felt that I was being treated fairly and honestly my entire experience. When it came down to discussing numbers, the Sales Manager Dwayne was very helpful and worked with me so that I could get the vehicle I wanted at a monthly payment that was comfortable for me. Gerry, who helped me with Finances, worked diligently to ensure that he kept my monthly payments in my predetermined range. He made sure that I had the best warranty for my car and a warranty that I would actually use. The staff at Metro Honda is friendly and informative and there are no pushy salesmen trying to make a deal, all they want is for you to have a great experience and that executed that wonderfully. When I first called Metro Honda, I got Marcus. He was very friendly and helpful so I decided to go to his dealership even though it was not the one nearest to me. When I got there he showed me around a very friendly and helpful so I decided to go to his dealership even though it was not the one nearest to me. When I got there he showed me around and let me test drive the car we had talked about on the phone (a used Fit) I found that it did not have enough leg room for me because I need to keep my left knee pretty straight when I drive because of my arthritis and knee problems. We decided to try a Civic and I drove it too and loved it. I was really impressed with it. It seemed perfect for me! I have some credit problems, so he and Malachi helped me get a payment amount that I could handle. I told him that I wanted to have my son look at it with me and he did not get back from work until 4:00 that afternoon. He let me drive the car to take something to my sister-in-law because she called and needed something. I picked up my son after work in the Civic and he came back with me to Metro Honda. He was being very protective of me trying to get the best deal for me. My other son had called from Oregon. He manages a car dealership in Oregon and was telling me to some things to ask for. Marcus and Malachi were very patient and polite during that process! My sons and I were finally satisfied by 10:30 or so at night. I signed the papers. The told me that since it was so late, they couldn't try to get my interest rate down further until the next day. The next morning Marcus called and asked me to come back out because they were able to get my interest rate down 5 points and lower my payments. I worked a lot with Dave in the financial department that day and he was very helpful and pleasant. It was a much more positive experience than I was expecting and I usually hate buying a car. I would definitely recommend Metro Honda to anyone especially with Marcus, Malachi, and Dave! More

All the guys were very efficient and helful. I purchased a CRV and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I do not buy cars very often, and I was dreading the whole process of negociating.
