I ended up buying the vehicle 60% of me liking the vehicle, and 40% because I like who I was dealing with. Sure I probably could have found a better deal if I continued to look more, but I bought the car because of the service I received. They say it is hard to sale a salesman, but I am a salesman and i was sold service more than the product itself. That to me can be more important. We returned the following afternoon for a test drive and ended up purchasing the vehicle. The staff was very friendly, honest and helpful. the showroom is clean and contemporary including a big screen tv, computers, x box and arcade games for the kids. Lunch and snacks are offered as well. Finance staff was helpful as well. Offering a great value on extended warranties. We would rate our experience at Metro Honda as excellent.
