This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I have bought cars from in the past seemed to forget about me as soon as I drove off of the lot, and sometimes even before I signed all the paperwork. Communication, follow-up, details, integrity...we honestly thought it was too good to be true, but we absolutely love our new vehicle and cannot recommend this dealership enough. Specifically, Malachi Smith, the internet sales manager, was terrific. He really went to bat for us on price (better than anyone else is posting for this vehicle anywhere in the Southeast) and he also added extras at no cost such as all-weather floor mats, cargo tray, wheel-locks, and mud guards. We shopped all dealerships within 200 miles of our home to ensure we got the most competitive price on this vehicle and we not only got a phenomenal price; we also got a perfect car with incredible customer service. After our test drive, we felt welcome while our son had to take a nap in the play area after his comfortable ride in the CR-V we were considering! It was such a pleasure to be able to sit and be comfortable, having snacks and watching a movie, while Marcus and associates worked hard to get the paperwork done. Marcus was kind, receptive, and a great professional. Your finance manager, David Helms, was extremely friendly and understanding as we signed paperwork and our sons played in his office. We also liked the up-front pricing, as it was a relief knowing that there was no need to negotiate. We actually drove over 2 hours to Metro Honda because of the superior pricing over their competition in our region of the state. We felt so excited to drive home in our CR-V that fits our larger family perfectly. This is the fourth Honda that I have owned, and hope that my old Accord, now sitting on the lot with 260,000 miles will bring someone else the luck that it brought me.
