Beyond sales this dealership doesn't care! Should be typical considering car dealerships but if you really wanna know if they "care" about your business, trying calling and dealing with them after you'v typical considering car dealerships but if you really wanna know if they "care" about your business, trying calling and dealing with them after you've bought the car. I called to cancel my GAP contract and left David-Finance mgr. a vm and after not hearing back from him left a mess. for the GM-Greg who also didn't return my call! BAD customer service! I finally had to call my original sales person who did help me but I was still bothered that I couldn't get a call back from the previous two. Especially a manager. My philosophy is that you treat all customers good even after they buy because it can make all the difference in the world in them deciding to come back to you in the future. As for the purchase, I got the car I wanted but the haggling over price and payment was as much a headache as anywhere else and I actually ended up higher than I really wanted. Over all I'm satisfied with my car but with all else considered I have to say that I will not be buying my next Honda here. More

I went to Metro to look at a 2011 Honda CRV EX-L. I new the value of my trade-in, Honda's sticker price and the two options I wanted to add. I had spoken to Nelson the previous day, my wife and I drove my trade-in to Metro and 45 minutes later Nelson and I shook hands and the deal was done!! Oh, the price I paid was LOWER then the price I was willing to pay (don't tell Nelson, it's my little secret). I was introduced to the sales mgr., financial rep., service mgr and receptionist. I guess the old addage is true, "the further u get from a big city (Charlotte) the nicer people are" Its nice to have a hand shake mean something!! Sincerely; Tom Baartholomew More

The dealer tricks lead to a great distrust in your sales management team. In discussing car pricing, the sales manager said " we can get close to what you are looking for". I verbally expressed what we were management team. In discussing car pricing, the sales manager said " we can get close to what you are looking for".
