I helped my daughter shop for a new Honda on line. Richie Carter was quick to respond and was very very knowledgable and helpful. When we went into the dealership the car that we had chosen with him Richie Carter was quick to respond and was very very knowledgable and helpful. When we went into the dealership the car that we had chosen with him on the phone was washed with a full tank of gas ready to go. The price at the dealership was the same as quoted to us over the internet. The workings of the vehcile so we could drive it home were very clearly shown to us. The whole process was quick and easy. both Richie and the Dealership made us feel very comfortable and we would recommend them to our friends. More

We came into the dealership with a price that was sent to us from Richie. It also included some language about a 2yr free service arrangement (oil , etc). The next morning we went into the dealer. Once we got to the dealership we were informed that there was only one 2012 Honda Odyssey available. We were also informed that the price was 5k higher due to options that were already added. We stated that we do not care about the options and wanted to get as close as possible to the price in the email from last night. We were fairly clear that we felt this was a clear bait and switch. Richie made numerous visits to the "boss" with the typical car dealer fast math tricks. Statements like "you are getting the best deal...I don't know if they will approve this" were used between each trip. My wife, who is a CPA, finally had to state, "I am a CPA can we please get to the bottom line". We finally got to an agreed upon number. At that point, we reminded Richie that we should receive 2yr's of free maintenance. He replied that this program had ended. My wife's question back was, "It ended as of yesterday?" This of course triggered another round of visits to the "boss". In the end, the so called 2 years free maintenance translated to 5 oil changes. Not exactly 2 years free maintenance. In the end, we finally got a good deal. Our visit with the actual Finance guy was extremely pleasant. We actually purchased an extended insurance plan during our visit with the finance gentleman. As a last note the car came to us on an empty tank of gas PLUS it was not cleaned as Richie had promised. More

When I walked into the dealership, I already had in mind the car I was interested in, but not completely sold on walking out with a new car. Shon was very friendly from the start, we talked a bit about the the car I was interested in, but not completely sold on walking out with a new car. Shon was very friendly from the start, we talked a bit about the Saab I was interested in, about my trade, then took the Saab for a ride. On the ride, he really put me at ease. We talked further about the features of the car, but also stepped outside the sale and talked about aspects of our life. He didn't come across like he needed my sale or push me into the purchase, instead let me fall in love with the car. The finance department came back with a great offer for me and I couldn't say no. It was a very, very satisfactory experience all around. More

Thank you Metro Honda an especially Joe Esola. I feel like a hero after taking my 84 year old father to look at a used car to purchase for his sister. Joe took great care of us. Joe was a great listener answered all our questions and needs and was very patient in helping us complete the purchase of a used car for my Aunt. It was a lot of the little things Joe did to make my dad and aunt feel confortable with out feeling pressured including the time he spent with us until we were out the door that made all the difference. On the way home my father had nothing but compliments for the Dealership and Joe. Trust me when I say, getting compliments from an old retired Air Force Sargent says a lot and made me feel like a hero for taking my father to Metro. Thanks again Joe! More
I was extremely impressed with this Dealership! First off, I am stationed in South Carolina and they were kind enough to come and pick me up. They had the perfect used car with everything I was looking f off, I am stationed in South Carolina and they were kind enough to come and pick me up. They had the perfect used car with everything I was looking for but didn't know how to get there. So that was a huge convience! Next Mr. Vuckovic was very kind and answered all my questions I had about the car. He took me out on a test drive in the Cavalier and I loved it so much! Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly too! I wold definitely recommend this Dealership to others! More
