We bought a Honda Fit 2011. When we called to ask questions concerning photos of the car on your internet site, all our questions were answered expeditiously. However when we got there, one of the que questions concerning photos of the car on your internet site, all our questions were answered expeditiously. However when we got there, one of the questions I asked concerning some condition issues that were apparent in the photo were as depicted in the photo and yet had been dismissed in the phone call. This could have been overlooked due to the reasonable cost of the car, however it is now 29 days past the day we bought the car and the paper work for the titling has not been filed with the Monroe DMV early enough for us to get the paper work before our temporary licence expires tomorrow. I narrowed my search down to 2 cars online. Came down to Metro and a dealership in Spartanburg. After the car I was looking at in Spartanburg fell through, due to me finding damage not reported on carfax, Metro and a dealership in Spartanburg. After the car I was looking at in Spartanburg fell through, due to me finding damage not reported on carfax, I figured to per-sue this Dealership. I dealt with Shon Moye over Internet back and forth and after the first offer I decided it was too much and I had to move on. Shon was quick to make it a point that a small price difference wouldn't be a problem and that we could talk about what kind of price we were needing for a deal. He's a nice guy and I understand the sales pitch and games you have to go through but I thought it was a bit much to be honest and I almost walked away. I also made sure I settled on an interest rate before test driving so if I liked the car I could walk in and out. After some more "games" he said his boss agreed to my banks interest rate and we could go through with the deal. I did not care for the fact that I had to finance through them. I think if your paying it doesn't matter where you go through just as long as they get their money. I'm not stupid in thinking they don't make way more money off used car sales then brand new cars as the markup is tremendous figuring in the low trade in values they (all dealerships) give to customers. But we did agree on everything so it worked out that they could match my bank. I took it for a test drive with Richie who was great by the way. Super nice guy. After seeing I liked what I drove we went to sign papers. Everything was great except for a few bumps in finance with David Helms. He seemed extremely stressed and tired and really didn't explain much about the paperwork I was signing. Like another poster, I had an extended warranty slipped into my deal that I had to have cancelled and re-printed out so I would be careful when signing papers. Still all in all, I think I got a great deal for a decent price. I drove over 100 miles so they were the best I found with pretty good reviews all the way around. Took it to a private mechanic when I got home and they said the car was in terrific shape. Said whoever took care of it before me kept up with it with everything so the car is perfect. I'd like to thank Shon for putting up with me and my questions and willing to go down a little bit on price to get a deal. I want to thank Richie for the test drive and wish him and his new family all the luck. And finally I'd like to thank David for helping me as well despite it being late in the day. But I would recommend he take a vacation as soon as possible :) More
I went to Metro Honda of Union County on July 3rd 2013 , to purchase a car and was very disappointed when I got home. The finance guy (Davis Helms) was very dishonest with me. H to purchase a car and was very disappointed when I got home. The finance guy (Davis Helms) was very dishonest with me. He slipped an extended warranty program with car paperwork I had to sign. I went back on July 5th 2013 to cancel all the add on, he made it very hard, and raise the interest rate after cancellation. Do not do business with them, please!! I was going to purchase another car in the next year or so, but will not get it at Metro Honda of Union County. More

I helped my daughter shop for a new Honda on line. Richie Carter was quick to respond and was very very knowledgable and helpful. When we went into the dealership the car that we had chosen with him Richie Carter was quick to respond and was very very knowledgable and helpful. When we went into the dealership the car that we had chosen with him on the phone was washed with a full tank of gas ready to go. The price at the dealership was the same as quoted to us over the internet. The workings of the vehcile so we could drive it home were very clearly shown to us. The whole process was quick and easy. both Richie and the Dealership made us feel very comfortable and we would recommend them to our friends. More

We came into the dealership with a price that was sent to us from Richie. It also included some language about a 2yr free service arrangement (oil , etc). This was sent to Lorna on Friday late afternoon. us from Richie. It also included some language about a 2yr free service arrangement (oil , etc). This was sent to Lorna on Friday late afternoon. The next morning we went into the dealer. Once we got to the dealership we were informed that there was only one 2012 Honda Odyssey available. We were also informed that the price was 5k higher due to options that were already added. We stated that we do not care about the options and wanted to get as close as possible to the price in the email from last night. We were fairly clear that we felt this was a clear bait and switch. Richie made numerous visits to the "boss" with the typical car dealer fast math tricks. Statements like "you are getting the best deal...I don't know if they will approve this" were used between each trip. My wife, who is a CPA, finally had to state, "I am a CPA can we please get to the bottom line". We finally got to an agreed upon number. At that point, we reminded Richie that we should receive 2yr's of free maintenance. He replied that this program had ended. My wife's question back was, "It ended as of yesterday?" This of course triggered another round of visits to the "boss". In the end, the so called 2 years free maintenance translated to 5 oil changes. Not exactly 2 years free maintenance. In the end, we finally got a good deal. Our visit with the actual Finance guy was extremely pleasant. We actually purchased an extended insurance plan during our visit with the finance gentleman. As a last note the car came to us on an empty tank of gas PLUS it was not cleaned as Richie had promised. More
