Exactly what we wanted! We searched all over North and South Carolina looking for the perfect vehicle and Metro Honda delivered. We ended up working with Kevin Overton and he was extremely helpful. I would recommend Kevin based on his knowledge and attention to detail. He was also very patient with us. We will be buying another Honda in the next 6 months and we will use Kevin again! More

The previous post is accurate in my dealing with the Chris Hicks. However, the story didn't stop there. Upon returning to the dealer I learned that Chris no longer works there. The new General Sales Manager, Brian, heard my story. He apologized even though he came on after this incident. In order to get a resolution Brian had me work with David in Finance. Within a few minutes David was able to cancel all but one of the additional products. The last product wasn't showing up in his system and needs further research. He got my original loan payoff overnighted, my registration and tags all done within 24 hours. I learned from David that he had recently returned to this Honda dealer. He too was not employeed at this location when I purchased my vehicle. Fortunately, David has enough experience and professionalism to effectively resolve these issues. Below is my original review: Chris Hicks in finance at Metro Honda on May 27, 2014 created a private side contract in order to sell his products. Chris wrote his own letter (dated, and signed) This contract asked me to keep Protection Service Contract, GAP coverage and additional services for 90 days and then cancel them. Chris stated he would get his commission if I were to keep the unwanted prospects 90 days. Otherwise he was going to increase my rate from 4.99% to 7.99%. Chris told me not to question his integrity when I explained this is unethical. Chris also told me not to disclose to my salesperson this side agreement. I cancelled all the additional products within three days of purchase. Chris did not credit the over $4,000. In products. I had to physically go to the dealership to get any answers. Chris had left. Now it has been a month since my purchase. My loan on my trade in was never paid off. I am being billed for two loans. I have no registration, as it to be transferred from the trade in vehicle. I currently owe over $4,000. Extra on the new loan for products I cancelled. More

Honest and dependable. Recently searched for and purchased a used Honda Crv for my mom. Not only did the sales person pull up recent service records on the vehicle they made arrangements To have the service manager meet us when we arrived to discuss recent recalls we were concerned about and suggested services on the used car. We got several maintenance coupons and free car washes for life. More

Eric was nice enough to show my mom the car while it was up in the air and made suggestions on repairs without my mom feeling taken advantage of or over charged. More
Great experience I've never bought a Honda before so I had no clue of the models they offered. We were greeted by a sales women named Zoey. She walked us all around the lot looking at different odyssey's and explained all the models and made us feel really comfortable. During the sit down to talk about price, I simply explained I didn't want to go back and forth a lot and to just give me the best price they can, well they gave me a good price in my range and I ended up leasing the vehicle. It was just such a pleasant experience. I'm using to going back and forth maybe 20 times and talking with rude salesman. I highly recommend this place, and Zoey. More

Metro Honda service department Im sure most of you know that auto repairs are not cheap. However, I don't mind paying for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Metro Honda service department is the only reason I chose to purchase another automobile from them. I have taken my previously owned Honda Odyssey to them on every occasion when it came to my auto repair needs. I recommend anyone to Metro Honda to purchase a vehicle because once you meet ANYONE in the service department you will be glad you made your purchase. More
Carlos was very negative and unprofessional from the first moment I spoke with him. He promised to call me the next day with an answer and he never did. He said he was going to speak to his manager in t first moment I spoke with him. He promised to call me the next day with an answer and he never did. He never did, i end up driving two hours to the dealer to find out he was off and the car i was interested was sold. i think he was very unprofessional and unconsidered. I wouldn't recommend Carlos Zarama as a sales person to anyone . More
