If you're like me, you dread having to deal with car salesman and be subjected to the car buying process. However, Ashley did not play games with us. She was not pushy and gave us time to consider our purchase. In the end, we reached a deal that worked for all parties involved. In addition to Ashley, her manager and the dealership finance manager were also friendly to deal with and tried to accommodate our situation as best as possible. They also did a stellar job detailing our new car for us prior to leaving the dealership. Overall, I would buy another Honda from Metro Honda and would not hesitate driving 1.5 hours again to do so. More

He had it waiting up front for us when we arrived that same evening. We bombarded him with questions and he knew the answer and had proof of the specifics ready for us in detail. He was very patient as we test drove, etc. As we negotiated a fair deal, he was extremely patient and didn't get flustered. I would say he was the best car salesman we've ever worked with. great attitude! More

They sent a car to pick up my wife from the scene of a wreck we had, while we were on our way to pickup the car from being serviced, top notch. Service department was always great experience and very competitively priced. I'll save all the details but the sales experience was your typical nice guy routine till it's time to talk price, a lot of waiting around while they sit around behind the glass with the sales manager talking about whatever it is they sit around talking about. At one point, I was told they were "making phone calls" to get me the best price, before they made an insulting $2k below kbb offer for trade and a $900 under sticker price offer, with $900 of dealer added upholstery and nitrogen added back on top, so a sticker price offer. I wonder who they were calling, maybe for take out. I ultimately walked out on negotiations after Carlos the sales person became insulting about our decision making process and my need to make any final decision with my wife who was home with the new baby. I ultimately bought a Subaru. This soured my Honda experience after 13 collective years of Honda car ownership. Be prepared for an old school multi layered negotiation routine at this dealership! The salesman (JR) was very customer friendly i was in process of buying a 45K car and as a customer you will negotiate and try to get best price salesman and his manager were trying to explain their price point and we were about to close the deal but looks like owner or store manager just jumped in the discussion between 3 of us without any introduction to me and told me he is not ready for negotiation of price and take my business some where else. Even salesman and his Manager were surprised with the reaction. My family and even my 10 year old son felt very bad and felt like why did we go to Metro Honda. I have also servicing my other Honda vehicle with for a while now but after these behavior I fell my loyalty is not regarded and I am going to stop that as well. I felt owner or store manager (who ever he might be) is needs to learn how to behave with customer especially with existing customer whey they have been loyal and you just cannot ripe them off. Just thought to write this so that other customer were aware and what they can expect. More

Being helpful to senior. I just made a purchase from Joe Esda. He was super friendly, not persuasive and didn't mind going slow and explaining everything to me. I had different things beeping and was scared I was going to mess my new car up. So I pulled over called Joe and he came to help me out. Now that's what I call service with a smile. Make Metro Honda of Union County you next stop for a car and ask for Joe! More

went in to refi and ended up with new car and lower payment thanks to Joe Esda our sales person and to Ilan Leviev finance manager. We got out of our not so old car and go a new car with a lower car payment. th thanks to Joe Esda our sales person and to Ilan Leviev finance manager. Steve was friendly, very helpful with the many questions we had, easy going, NOT PUSHY with NO HIGH PRESSURE, a good listener, and willing to negotiate to a price agreeable to us. All of this led us to make a decision to purchase a new 2014 Honda Accord LX, a decision we had determined before coming to Metro Honda NOT to do that day. Steve's flexibility and helpful attitude changed our minds. Now we are very happy with an Excellent Car! I have already recommended Steve and Metro Honda in Monroe to a friend, giving Steve's phone number, and even gave Steve the name of that friend. More

Great attitude, very patient and understanding, put a lot of effort in to getting the price where we needed it to be, helpful and fun to work with. Would recommend Metro Honda to anyone in need of Honda sales or service. Also... wanted to add that they have Starbucks coffee, warm cookies, kids play area and a big screen with comfy chairs waiting for you there.... What more could you ask for??? Highly recommended!! More
