Metro Honda Made me write my First Review. The salesman (JR) was very customer friendly i was in process of buying a 45K car and as a customer you will negotiate and try to get best price salesman and his manager were trying to explain their price point and we were about to close the deal but looks like owner or store manager just jumped in the discussion between 3 of us without any introduction to me and told me he is not ready for negotiation of price and take my business some where else. Even salesman and his Manager were surprised with the reaction. My family and even my 10 year old son felt very bad and felt like why did we go to Metro Honda. I have also servicing my other Honda vehicle with for a while now but after these behavior I fell my loyalty is not regarded and I am going to stop that as well. I felt owner or store manager (who ever he might be) is needs to learn how to behave with customer especially with existing customer whey they have been loyal and you just cannot ripe them off. Just thought to write this so that other customer were aware and what they can expect. More

Being helpful to senior. I just made a purchase from Joe Esda. He was super friendly, not persuasive and didn't mind going slow and explaining everything to me. I had different things beeping and was scared I was going to mess my new car up. So I pulled over called Joe and he came to help me out. Now that's what I call service with a smile. went in to refi and ended up with new car and lower payment thanks to Joe Esda our sales person and to Ilan Leviev finance manager. We got out of our not so old car and go a new car with a lower car payment. th thanks to Joe Esda our sales person and to Ilan Leviev finance manager. Steve was friendly, very helpful with the many questions we had, easy going, NOT PUSHY with NO HIGH PRESSURE, a good listener, and willing to negotiate to a price agreeable to us. All of this led us to make a decision to purchase a new 2014 Honda Accord LX, a decision we had determined before coming to Metro Honda NOT to do that day. Steve's flexibility and helpful attitude changed our minds. Now we are very happy with an Excellent Car! I have already recommended Steve and Metro Honda in Monroe to a friend, giving Steve's phone number, and even gave Steve the name of that friend. More

Great attitude, very patient and understanding, put a lot of effort in to getting the price where we needed it to be, helpful and fun to work with. Would recommend Metro Honda to anyone in need of Honda sales or service. Also... wanted to add that they have Starbucks coffee, warm cookies, kids play area and a big screen with comfy chairs waiting for you there.... What more could you ask for??? Highly recommended!! Exactly what we wanted! We searched all over North and South Carolina looking for the perfect vehicle and Metro Honda delivered. We ended up working with Kevin Overton and he was extremely helpful. I would recommend Kevin based on his knowledge and attention to detail. He was also very patient with us. New GSM & Finance personnel of June 2014 cleaning up As of today June 27, 2014, I would like to update my review of Metro Honda in Indian Trail. The previous post is accurate in my dealing with the Chris Hicks. However, the story didn't stop there. Upon returning to the dealer I learned that Chris no longer works there. The new General Sales Manager, Brian, heard my story. He apologized even though he came on after this incident. In order to get a resolution Brian had me work with David in Finance. Within a few minutes David was able to cancel all but one of the additional products. The last product wasn't showing up in his system and needs further research. He got my original loan payoff overnighted, my registration and tags all done within 24 hours. I learned from David that he had recently returned to this Honda dealer. He too was not employeed at this location when I purchased my vehicle. Fortunately, David has enough experience and professionalism to effectively resolve these issues. Below is my original review: Chris Hicks in finance at Metro Honda on May 27, 2014 created a private side contract in order to sell his products. Chris wrote his own letter (dated, and signed) This contract asked me to keep Protection Service Contract, GAP coverage and additional services for 90 days and then cancel them. Chris stated he would get his commission if I were to keep the unwanted prospects 90 days. Otherwise he was going to increase my rate from 4.99% to 7.99%. Chris told me not to question his integrity when I explained this is unethical. Chris also told me not to disclose to my salesperson this side agreement. I cancelled all the additional products within three days of purchase. Chris did not credit the over $4,000. In products. I had to physically go to the dealership to get any answers. Chris had left. Now it has been a month since my purchase. My loan on my trade in was never paid off. I am being billed for two loans. I have no registration, as it to be transferred from the trade in vehicle. I currently owe over $4,000. Extra on the new loan for products I cancelled. More
