We then went to the dealership, test drove, and look at the vehicle. During the pricing negotiations, we obtained the trade in value discussed, with the vehicle price being a little higher than previously thought. JR and the others we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The dealership should consider discussing the additional warranties available for purchase with the customer during the sales process. We learned of the additional bumper to bumper warranties available during the paperwork process, and did end up purchasing one. More

Great Experience My husband and I went in to look for me a new minivan. We met the salesman, J.R., and he very quickly grabbed the key for me to see the one I was int My husband and I went in to look for me a new minivan. We met the salesman, J.R., and he very quickly grabbed the key for me to see the one I was interested in. After showing my husband and I the features, he took me out on a test drive. It was a good route to feel how the van drove. Afterwards, we talked price, came to an agreement, and the rest was easy and J.R. was one of if not the friendliest car salesmen I've ever came across. It was a very pleasurable experience. The whole atmosphere in the showroom and waiting areas is very open and inviting, both to the adults, and especially to children. I'll definitely recommend buying a Honda to all my friends and family! More
Bad custome service I purchased my last two vehicles from Metro Honda an had good service until now. I recently sold my 2012 Honda Civic back to Metro Honda on July 25th. I was told I would receive a refund for the remaining of my extended warranty in 30 to 45 days. It is now September 22nd and I haven't seen anything yet. I have called 4 or 5 times and spoke with Dave about 2 weeks ago and Steve last week and both of them said they would inquire about it and give me a call. I haven't heard from either of them. I called again today and left my number with the receptionist and never got a return call. I have left 2 messages on the Financial dept answering machine and nothing from anyone. They seemed to know my number and call me when I was giving them money or they wanted me to upgrade but now that they owe me money no one knows how to return a call. Very disappointed. More
