Salesman asks me "what brings you in today?". I told him I just drove by and saw the car so I thought I'd take a look at it. Test drove it. Salesman was nice and asked the expected question "if we can get the price right would you buy the car today?". Asked me how much I'd like to pay for the car, what I want my payments to be, if I needed financing, etc. I had financing already so I didn't need theirs but they were VERY interested in me using their financing. Also explained that it was the PRICE of the vehicle (not payments) we would be discussing first. Used car manager (I assume that is who it was) comes back to show me the numbers. Somehow, the SAME car that was listed on their website went UP in price by $2,400!!! Way up!!! Wow!! How stupid they must have thought me to be. I guess they thought I didn't research the car at all prior to coming in. As he is running through all the add-on pricing to the total of the car from the internet listed price, to their out the door price, the car would have been an additional FOUR THOUSAND $$$$$$ + more (if I used the price that they ORIGINALLY had the car listed at). When I asked what happened to the price they had on their website, he stammered and acted shocked and asked ME what they had it listed at. Really?!?!? I have never had that negative/insulting experience at a dealer. PERFECT example of the stereotypical slimy car salesman/dealership experience. If you go to this location, educate yourself as I did prior to going, be expected to be treated like an idiot, and feel like you need to take a shower when you leave from the grime that will be stuck to you from the experience. I have purchased many vehicles in my years and my two most recent were from dealerships that were respectful, and overall a fairly painless process. That was NOT my experience at this place. I'd recommend you go somewhere else. More

I arrived at the dealership within 30 minutes of closing time and the sales associate (Melissa Ledford) changed her personal plans to stay with me until the transaction was complete. I sincerely appreciate the time given for me to select my vehicle and also the time given (without any pressure) to make my decision. The follow-up after purchase has been excellent as well. In addition the selection of cars available gave me the opportunity to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Overall I am very happy with Metro Honda. More

During the pricing negotiations, we obtained the trade in value discussed, with the vehicle price being a little higher than previously thought. JR and the others we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The dealership should consider discussing the additional warranties available for purchase with the customer during the sales process. We learned of the additional bumper to bumper warranties available during the paperwork process, and did end up purchasing one. More

Great Experience My husband and I went in to look for me a new minivan. We met the salesman, J.R., and he very quickly grabbed the key for me to see the one I was int My husband and I went in to look for me a new minivan. We met the salesman, J.R., and he very quickly grabbed the key for me to see the one I was interested in. After showing my husband and I the features, he took me out on a test drive. It was a good route to feel how the van drove. Afterwards, we talked price, came to an agreement, and the rest was easy and J.R. was one of if not the friendliest car salesmen I've ever came across. It was a very pleasurable experience. The whole atmosphere in the showroom and waiting areas is very open and inviting, both to the adults, and especially to children.
