She always had a smile on her face and an upbeat, welcoming attitude. She never pressured us and always took time to answer our questions--even when we called her after hours and she was at the grocery store! She was patient and professional throughout the process. For my husband, it was all about the bottom line, and Ashley and Manager Mike came through with the price that we wanted to pay. We left feeling like we got the absolute best deal in the area. We were not easy customers, but we were treated as if we were--that's quite an accomplishment! We will definitely be back for our service needs and for future new car purchases. Thanks Metro Honda! I bought a new 2011 Accord Coupe from Malachi Smith and he was so helpful in finding the perfect one for me that when I decided to purchase a new 2015 CR-V, it was a no brainer to give him a call again. Once again he outdid all expectations when locating the exact exterior and interior vehicle I wanted. The finance manager was also extremely personable and answered all of my questions without me feeling like he was just trying to rush me in and out. I would ALWAYS recommend Malachi and this dealership! More

The sales girl was extremely helpful in explaining all the car's features. We set up Bluetooth and the radio. Everything went smooth. I was pleased with every step in the process. This is my second Honda purchase from this dealership and I get all my services done here. I've only had positive experiences and feel very well taken care of!!! More

JR Raulerson helped us to get exactly what we wanted with some very specific request. He was very patient with us and with our questions and concerns. JR is very genuine and had our needs in the best interest. JR even made my five year old son comfortable with some coloring entertainment. We were there very late because of our work schedules and the staff did not rush or push us into anything. They have a lot to offer there as far as service and inventory. I not only believe that we found the right car but also the right dealership and right salesman! Thanks JR! More
New car purchase Steve Carlton first contacted me in response to my on-line inquiry about the 2015 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. In fact, I was also bombarded by at lea Steve Carlton first contacted me in response to my on-line inquiry about the 2015 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. In fact, I was also bombarded by at least 4 other dealers in the Charlotte metro area. He continued to stay in touch over 7-10 days, always encouraging me to stop by and see the car. On Friday, business brought me to the Indian Trail area, so I decided to stop in to meet Steve and see the car which was in stock. Mind you, I was researching cars for my wife to replace her car, a 2012 VW Passat SEL which the lease is due to expire in 30 days. Even though it was for her, Steve encouraged me to take a test drive, and I did. I was very impressed, so his sales manager, Dean Girgenti, offered to let me drive it for 24 hrs., and take it home so my wife could take time driving it without any sales pressure. If she didn't like it, all I had to do was return it, no problem. Here's the irony, I loved it so much, Steve and Dean were able to work a favorable deal to trade-in my 2013 VW CC Executive Edition, that I drove home on Saturday with my first Honda ever! I love all the features, and especially knowing, I'll be passing a lot of gas stations since I'll get 48+/- MPG! By the way, my wife hasn't decided what she wants to buy yet... she doesn't want me doing any more research...LOL! More
Baiting/dishonest pricing scheme Drove an hour and a half to get to the dealership to look at a car that they had listed on their website. Same car was there on the lot when I arrived Drove an hour and a half to get to the dealership to look at a car that they had listed on their website. Same car was there on the lot when I arrived. Salesman asks me "what brings you in today?". I told him I just drove by and saw the car so I thought I'd take a look at it. Test drove it. Salesman was nice and asked the expected question "if we can get the price right would you buy the car today?". Asked me how much I'd like to pay for the car, what I want my payments to be, if I needed financing, etc. I had financing already so I didn't need theirs but they were VERY interested in me using their financing. Also explained that it was the PRICE of the vehicle (not payments) we would be discussing first. Used car manager (I assume that is who it was) comes back to show me the numbers. Somehow, the SAME car that was listed on their website went UP in price by $2,400!!! Way up!!! Wow!! How stupid they must have thought me to be. I guess they thought I didn't research the car at all prior to coming in. As he is running through all the add-on pricing to the total of the car from the internet listed price, to their out the door price, the car would have been an additional FOUR THOUSAND $$$$$$ + more (if I used the price that they ORIGINALLY had the car listed at). When I asked what happened to the price they had on their website, he stammered and acted shocked and asked ME what they had it listed at. Really?!?!? I have never had that negative/insulting experience at a dealer. PERFECT example of the stereotypical slimy car salesman/dealership experience. If you go to this location, educate yourself as I did prior to going, be expected to be treated like an idiot, and feel like you need to take a shower when you leave from the grime that will be stuck to you from the experience. I have purchased many vehicles in my years and my two most recent were from dealerships that were respectful, and overall a fairly painless process. That was NOT my experience at this place. I'd recommend you go somewhere else. More
