Very unprofessional The sales and finance people are very rude. My wife, daughter, and I went in this weekend to lease a Odyssey and ended up leaving very upset. During the pricing process I initially asked for their lowest price and they came back with full MSRP, which I promptly pointed out. They then tried to show me random numbers off Truecar (the site is a joke anyways) that didn't match. When my wife and I decided to leave the sales and finance guys made comments about how "not everyone can afford a Honda", and "they drive Mazdas, of course they can't afford it (we were in a fully loaded 2015 CX-5 GT)" in front of us. The finance manager then ran back into his glass cube, but not before calling my family a bunch of "xxxxxxxx" before the door closed. They also wouldn't unlock the Odyssey for us because we left our daughter's car seat in there after the test drive. As we were leaving some other managers came out and tried to get us to stay by verbal agreement of the price I wanted and offering 1-2k more for our trade in than CarMax was going to give. But by that point, after being insulted multiple times by their staff in front of my family and other customers, nothing was going to make me buy from them. They never once apologized for the treatment we were given. TLDR, if you are an educated shopper, and know the true prices of cars and finance terms, do not come here. They rely on the uneducated shopper and see people who don't play games and trash. They will belittle you. We ended up getting the exact Odyssey from Honda of Concord the same night, where they value the educated shopper. More

I recruited my mother to help me with the process and she called me with Jake on the phone. He was very understanding about my needs and promised that he would help me find what I was looking for without any haggling or "sales spill". I was running late for our appointment, but Jake stayed to assist me as he promised. He was ready with vehicles for me to see within the requirements and I felt very comfortable and not pressured. When he did have to leave, he made sure that we were okay and provided his information so that we could follow up with him. He placed us in the very capable hand of J.R. whom was equally informative and direct, but with such kindness and attentiveness. When there was a slight issue with the car I was interested in, J.R. was proactive and suggested other options that I could choose from. He made sure I was comfortable with the change and never pushed me to make a decision, even though it was getting late in the evening. Finally, we worked with David and he was amazing as well. He was friendly and even though I believe we were the last to leave, he never rushed us or made us feel like we were eating up his time. I am very happy with my vehicle and feel that I was properly educated on my options. I would recommend Metro Honda of Union County to anyone and feel very secure in knowing they would get good service. Even the other associates in the showroom were pleasant. Great Price - Worth the Drive While we were at first reluctant to consider Metro due to a few negative online reviews we nonetheless contacted them about a van that we wanted. Base While we were at first reluctant to consider Metro due to a few negative online reviews we nonetheless contacted them about a van that we wanted. Based on J.R. Raulerson's excellent customer service over the phone and the fact that they had the lowest price of any dealer we reviewed we decided that it was worth the drive (90 miles) to take a look at the van. We got there at the time of our appointment and the dealership was clean, the associates were friendly and responsive, and J.R. came right out to greet us. After driving the van we initially wanted we realized that there was another van on the property with lower mileage and in better condition. This van was also at a very competitive price so we ended up buying it and trading in our old van. We noticed a slight intermittent vibration in the front during the test drive but then it went away. But on our trip home it came back and as it was necessary to return to Metro the next week in order to bring them a van center seat from our old van we had them take a look at the front to see what was causing the vibration. It turned out to be an improperly balanced tire. They took care of it at no charge and were very nice about it. Unfortunately the shimmy was still there, albeit greatly reduced. When I got home we took it over to Discount Tire and they totally rebalanced all of the tires and that fixed it. We've driven the van for over 2,500 miles and love it. Overall we would recommend Metro and J.R. Raulerson with no reservations. More

They even deliver! my experience started through internet sales with JR Raulston when I thought he might have the pilot for me, even though it was 3 hours away- He was a my experience started through internet sales with JR Raulston when I thought he might have the pilot for me, even though it was 3 hours away- He was able to reserve the vehicle for me to get there to test drive, but I could not commit at that minute, but knew it as a great price on the car I wanted. When I could finally commit a week later, they made the process possible by being willing to meet me 1/2 way to pick up my new used Pilot!
