Mission Accomplished! I searched for the car I wanted for a week! When I found it and inquired via web - I received a call moments after submitting my interest that night f I searched for the car I wanted for a week! Jake "from state farm" was pleasant that evening and followed up the next morning and did his best to meet my needs. However, I'm impatient when it comes to getting what I want and I could no longer wait for a response from Jake so I high-tailed it down the highway 20 miles to get there! Jake greeted me with a smile and because he was already with a customer he handed me off to THE Mr Rashad Young! Rashad came through and saved the day! We test drove the car, he relayed all the information I needed, I signed on the dotted line and I have been grinning since! Rashad made the process painless and interesting.
