Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. They falsely advertise what’s on the vehicle, overcharge and when you confront them, they lie and cover for each other. I went back the day after purchasing my vehicle and spoke with the sales manager, Chris. I told him I felt like they o recharged when the vehicle didn’t have the accessories I was told it had. I asked if I could just get my car I traded in back and cancel the deal. He laughed and said they couldn’t do that. He said he could offer a few free services (oil change, etc). I told him I wouldn’t be back on the property for that. Fast forward I email the GM who I tried to meet with i. The first place but he was out of office. Never heard back from him so sent another email today - three weeks later- and he says Chris told him he offered to unwind the deal. Now WHY would I be so upset and unhappy if he offered that?!? That’s what I wanted. So I told him Chris was lying. But he responded he believed Chris and we could concede business and move on. Now you’re calling me the liar? Sad it’s just my word against theirs because they will continue to lie and cover for each other. I am a lot of things but liar I am not. Stay far, far away from this business. Just read ALL reviews closely and go to BBB reviews. It’s one after another. I will be trading my 2025 and taking a huge hit just to no longer be associated with these bunch of liars. More
Disappointed that’s what I am! ! Started out telling me my credit score was 100 points less than what my credit union said. Tried to get me to agree to a rate of 13% Laughable, I ! Started out telling me my credit score was 100 points less than what my credit union said. Tried to get me to agree to a rate of 13% Laughable, I felt once I signed the papers they wanted me out of the way for the next sale. No owners manual, I didn’t know so much of the new features. Hurriedly showed me a couple of things. And said he (salesman) had to get back to his customer. I’m having to learn features through friends and the internet. They were supposed to transfer my tag. Even put my old tag on my new car. Received a call couple weeks later saying I needed to come get my new tag. I have called …… left messages and nothing. I plan to call again tomorrow and ask for the GM, sure I won’t get to speak to him. Still waiting to hear from lady about the tag. I have had too many problems, I will not purchase from these people again nor will I recommend them! Honda of Indian Trail Indian Trail NC More

Nobody in the entire state of NC would match or beat this deal. These guys are exceptional at their jobs and just a pleasure to do business with! There is one price shown in large bold font on the website & the front of the paper on the vehicles. This is the price ONLY for customers who FINANCE THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP. Any customer who pays cas website & the front of the paper on the vehicles. This is the price ONLY for customers who FINANCE THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP. Any customer who pays cash or gets a loan through a bank or credit union MUST PAY MORE. The salesman NEVER mentioned this while discussing financing options with us. The ONLY price he ever quoted was a price he KNEW he didn't plan to offer. He didn't mention OUR PRICE when my husband & I said we were going to the credit union, but would be back. Even while we were AT THE CREDIT UNION, and I was texting back & forth with the dealership about the purchase, NOBODY said a WORD about the price that applied to us. When I returned with the check to pay for the vehicle, THA'S when the salesman revealed the ACTUAL PRICE he we'd be charged. He had made enough "small talk" to learn how badly my husband and I needed a car. He knew one of us worked in Wingate & the other in Charlotte, so we couldn't get to work with only one car. We were exhausted & in a bind, so we took the dirty deal, just to be done with the whole thing. Even for a used car salesman, Jerrick Evans took customer exploitation to the next level. More
