First time trying to shop through here and it will be the last time. Inquired about a 2025 White Honda Pilot, called and spoke with Andrew Jones to plan a time to come and appraise my trade-in and work to fi last time. Inquired about a 2025 White Honda Pilot, called and spoke with Andrew Jones to plan a time to come and appraise my trade-in and work to finalize a deal on the Pilot. Drove a little over an hour to get there, and once there, I found out the car I asked about had become a loaner. No problem though, right? Andrew Jones lets me know they have the same exact car, just a different VIN. I go outside to check the car, and it is not even the right color. Not sure where the communication broke down, but then Andrew comes back out and tells me everything we talked about was for a grey Pilot. I showed proof that what we had been discussing was indeed a white Pilot with the quote he sent me. Even though by this point I was furious, I figured we could have a discussion about the deal. I laid out my terms on what I wanted, plus a little more due to the inconvenience, and ended up having a worthless conversation back and forth between myself and Andrew Jones. He kept saying that they couldn't discount anymore, while I was trying to let him know that the value of my trade-in was more than what they initially quoted, which wasn't even based on them looking at the car, just typing the VIN and whatever else they can select or do to come up with a value. In the end, Andrew asked me if I was trying to get a better deal on the best deal I had so far, and I said yes. Before I could finish, he blows up, tells me to leave, says he is done, and walks off. I let the salesperson know that my car was worth more than what they said and that what I was asking for wasn't even that far out from something they could try to do, especially for the inconvenience they caused. What was mind-boggling to me as I left was there was no sense of trying to make up for the mistake—just a bunch of "sorry, it was a mistake." At least come to me with an updated offer that shows some added accessories or perks and try to work with me on finalizing a deal. The only thing they did was fill up my tank in my CR-V that I was looking to trade-in so I could drive back. Also, Andrew Jones, if you are reading this, I hope you understand that when customers shop, they are looking to get the most out of a deal. Just because you have the best deal doesn't mean it can't be better, which in my case could have been with my trade-in, which was valued at $2,700 more than what you quoted. Also, a phone call after we got off the phone the first time Friday morning could have prevented all of this before me leaving to go there. For me it all worked out though, I went to Honda of Concord, worked with Glenn Shepard and team, saw the vehicle I inquired about with them, worked with them for a few hours, got much more for my trade in, and walked out with a deal I couldn't resist. Got the Pilot I wanted plus way more accessories than what Honda Indian trail or anyone was offering for that price range. So in summary, avoid Honda of Indian Trail and go to a place like Honda of Concord if you are on the market for a car. More

Any customer who pays cash or gets a loan through a bank or credit union MUST PAY MORE. The salesman NEVER mentioned this while discussing financing options with us. The ONLY price he ever quoted was a price he KNEW he didn't plan to offer. He didn't mention OUR PRICE when my husband & I said we were going to the credit union, but would be back. Even while we were AT THE CREDIT UNION, and I was texting back & forth with the dealership about the purchase, NOBODY said a WORD about the price that applied to us. When I returned with the check to pay for the vehicle, THA'S when the salesman revealed the ACTUAL PRICE he we'd be charged. He had made enough "small talk" to learn how badly my husband and I needed a car. He knew one of us worked in Wingate & the other in Charlotte, so we couldn't get to work with only one car. We were exhausted & in a bind, so we took the dirty deal, just to be done with the whole thing. Even for a used car salesman, Jerrick Evans took customer exploitation to the next level. More
Contacted DR over email then text for a blind appraisal for my trade in. I sent photos and info on it. Everything he needed but then never contacted me again. I complained and he said he had other customer for my trade in. I sent photos and info on it. Everything he needed but then never contacted me again. I complained and he said he had other customers to deal with. He said he told me that. He NEVER did that over any text or emails. He wasted my time and could have looked elsewhere. AVOID this dealership. They are NOT customer friendly. I am 40+ miles away for a true car appraisal and was treated with disrespect. More

Clear quote, simple paperwork, no pressure for extended warranty and such. Definitely going there again next time! UPDATE: They made a mistake on the VIN on my paperwork. I went back to the dealer to sign new papers to fix that. I would have overlooked that and not changed the review. But they didn't change the VIN on an extended Powertrain warranty document. I emailed many times, called many times and even went in person to get them to fix that. During the visit the finance guy, Brad, insisted that he had just done the change and I'd be getting the paperwork in a couple weeks. That was over a month ago. He has never returned my phone calls. It has been almost three months now and still no communications! What a ridiculous way to ruin the good will of a company. I would have definitely gone back there for my next Honda (we've purchased TEN over the years). But now they've lost me. More

The salesman called to follow-up and I told him about the mix-up, he supposedly was going to have someone call me about it. NO CALL BACK. I purchased a warranty on my vehicle. They told me I could cancel at any time. I decided I didn’t want to keep it so I called and left messages for 3 weeks. NO CALL BACK. I finally reach Brad Guy, a finance manager, who basically could have cared less about my complaints regarding the lack of follow-up. His reply was “well I just started in this position”. I told him I wanted to know how to be refunded the warranty. He tells me that I need to fill out a form and email it back to him. He sent me a email with the attachment...nothing in the body of the email other than his automatic email signature. When I emailed the completed form for the cancellation back to him I asked for him to reply that he got it and it was sent in to be cancelled so I would have a timeframe of when to expect it to be processed. NO REPLY. I have now been calling, emailing and leaving messages with NO REPLY at all. I should be receiving almost $2k and have no idea if it’s even been submitted. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I typically do not leave negative reviews but this dealership has been the absolute worst and I would hate for you to have the experience I am having contacting them when needed after the purchase. They will bug the xxxx out of you when they want you to make a purchase but don’t expect any assistance afterwards!!! Felicia C. More
