I hate to buy cars! But Randy Larrimore in sales and Ralph (don't have a last name) in finance made my experience the best one I have had since I bought my first car in 1971. Randy listened to what I wanted to have for a payment and what I wanted in a car. He and Ralph helped me get out of my old car and into a new Civic even though I was upside down in my old car. Alan was committed to helping us determine the best car for our family and at no point did we feel him pushing us to "close the deal". He was helpful, knowledgeable and available to answer our questions. Everyone we dealt with at Priority Honda treated us with respect and courtesy. They were willing to answer any questions we had about dealer invoice costs, MSRP, etc. whereas other dealerships would not give us specific or direct answers to our money questions. We had a great experience all around and would suggest other dealerships look to Priority Honda as an example of how to do things right! More

In my search for a new 2013 Honda Pilot, I contacted every dealership within 150 miles of Asheville, NC in search of a fair deal. Priority Honda gave me the best price, treated me with respect, and played no slimy games you'd expect from a car dealership. Within minutes of submitting my request for quote online, Matthew responded with detailed pricing, including separate line items for accessories, tag & license fees, dealer fees, and tax. We agreed on price. Alan contacted me to confirm our deal. He located my vehicle with the exact color and options I desired. I asked Alan if we could get started on the paperwork over the phone to lessen the amount of time I would have to spend at the dealership. He agreed and I worked with him over the phone to start completing the paperwork. When I arrived at the dealership in Huntersville, Alan had my beautiful new Pilot detailed and parked in front of the dealership. The paperwork was completed and ready to be signed. I signed the paperwork with Alan and met with the finance manager, Shaun, to complete the financing. A few more signatures and I drove off the lot in my wonderful new Pilot. No hiccups whatsoever. After a few small glitches along the way, we are highly satisfied with the people we worked with at this dealership--we had to leave North Carolina sooner than expected because of Superstorm Sandy and they satisfied with the people we worked with at this dealership--we had to leave North Carolina sooner than expected because of Superstorm Sandy and they made sure we got our car almost a week ahead of time--when we arrived back in New York, all of the paperwork we needed to register the new car in New York was waiting for us so we could proceed with title, inspection etc. We recommend this dealership very highly to anyone looking to buy a new Honda-- Especially in customer service relations! Just hope the Honda is as good to us as these people were! More
I had taken a Protection plan of $699 along with the purchase of my new car from Priority - Honda Civic 2012 on 5th July 2012. At the time of purchase I was told by the Finance personnel Mr Aaron that I purchase of my new car from Priority - Honda Civic 2012 on 5th July 2012. At the time of purchase I was told by the Finance personnel Mr Aaron that I could cancel the protection plan at any time but he didn't mention anything about the refund and I also forgot to ask that. After 1.5 weeks, I visited their office on 14th July 2012 for cancelling that Protection plan and I was asked to sign one form for cancellation. Aaron told me that it would take 2 to 3 weeks of time for the refund to reach my wellsfargo dealer service from where I had taken the car loan and the amount would be deducted from my account. By seeing nothing happening after a month I visited again their office directly and Aaron again told me that the form I signed was not the one meant for cancellation and asked me to sign in another form with the previous date as the fault happened from his side and I was promised that it would be reaching the bank soon. Again after 1 month nothing happened and when I called the wellsfargo I was told that they hadn't received any cheque from the dealer and they were not aware of any Protection plan in my loan amount. Then I tried to call Aaron in his mobile and once he picked the phone and promised me the he would be checking that soon and let me know. By not receiving any call, I keep trying to call him several times and he was not picking up the phone. Today when I see my wellsfargo account statement I can see a refund of only $ 364 in my loan account. I was shocked by seeing only $364 as the refund. Actually Priority honda should have given me $699 - $25 (cancellation charge if cancelled within 90 days) = $674 as a refund, as I cancelled the protection plan with in a month of date of purchase of vehicle. I assume they considered my cancellation like a greater than 90 days cancellation. Now I suspect that they had been waiting for 90 days to cross for refunding only half of my money. Just after putting this review, I got a call from the dealer and they sent me the copy of the cheque for the remaining amount. More

My wife and I had been looking at used cars for about three weeks. Priority Honda in Huntersville was our last stop. On arrival we were greeted by Paul Nino. Paul introduced himself, asked us how we were and asked how he could assist us. We told him that we were looking for a used Honda Odyssey van. Paul showed us several that were in stock and answered the numerous questions we had about each. We selected the one that we liked best and took a test drive. Paul went over all the options and explained how to take advantage of the many features on the van. We arrived back at the dealership and went inside. Paul pointed out to us that even though we were looking at a used van we would still qualify for many of the Priorities for Life options. We were blown away with the Odyssey van, the oil changes for life and the state inspections for life. Paul took our offer to his Sales Manager Terry and promptly came back and accepted the offer. Paul introduced us to Terry and we proceeded to get all the information in line for the purchase. We were asked again if we had any further questions about the van and the purchase procedure. After the initial paperwork was done we met the Finance Manager Daniel Poli. Daniel went through all the final documents with us and we completed the purchase. Daniel explained all of the documents to us and answered all the questions about “just what are we signing”. Daniel also explained the Priorities for Life options and instructed us on how we could take advantage of these additional features. When the final paperwork was done, Paul again met us showed us where we come for service on our vehicle and pointed out the remaining departments that we had not seen. Buying a car is not something that we go through on a regular basis. This dealership and its staff are the best. There was no pressure at any time from anyone. We were not rushed through the process and we were treated like we were the most important people there. Overall this has been the very best buying experience that we have ever made.
