I was dreading car shopping because of sterotypical myths of aggressive sales people. I was pleasantly surprised when Tommy made my buying experience the best I've ever had for a vehicle. The people I met up front were always smiling and extremely customer oriented and friendly too. I visited other local dealerships and Tommy was by far top notch. While customer service these days seems to be non existent, Priority Honda and their team were outstanding. Everyone we dealt with in purchasing our new Honda CR-V was very professional, helpful and courteous. Our special thanks go to our excellent Sales Consultant Mark Sidi. He went above his call of duty when I locked myself out the 2nd day of owning the car by having an extra key made and bringing it to me, which was 25 miles away from the dealership. We thank him also for being available to answer our constant calls when we forgot how to operate the electronics. Thanks Priority for making our car buying experience pleasant. This is my 2nd car that i purchased from Priority Honda in the past 4 months !! I initially got a used 2012 Honda Accord from them. Did not like it for some reason and conveyed the same to Priority folks. in the past 4 months !! I initially got a used 2012 Honda Accord from them. Did not like it for some reason and conveyed the same to Priority folks. They traded me out of it and put me on a new 2013 Accord :). They also made sure that i am not losing much by doing this and all this happened in just couple of hours. Trust me buying a new car looks so easy when you are at this place. Well this time I had my car in for some service and decided to take a look ay the new 2013 Accords. Lester showed me all the new features and explained them all in detail. Well, after the test drive, I decided it was time to buy a new Accord. We got to the numbers of a deal quickly without any pushy tactics and I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Accord V6 that is a real pleasure to drive. I would recommend Priority Honda to all my freinds and familly. More
I purchased my new car this past weekend and the process couldn't been more smoother. He listened to what our concerns were as far as purchasing a new car and our budget and ensured that we were finding the right vehicle that we would be pleased with for many years to come. Jason never complained when I may have seemed a littlle unsure about what exactly I was looking for. He explained the standard features that Honda was providing on all of their vehicles and how safe and reliable their vehicles were since I have a 5 year old son that I am concerned about. Once we decided on the perfect vehicle, Jason worked tirelessly to ensure that we received the perfect deal that everyone would be happy with. Once the papers were signed, Jason still went out of his way to ensure that we were completely satisified and understood our new features, he even took the time to synch my blue tooth to the car so that my contacts would be available via the car. Lollie has a great team working with her a Priority Honda!! Justin knew to order the special oil my truck needed when I made my appointment so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. I had m Honda!! Justin knew to order the special oil my truck needed when I made my appointment so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. I had mentioned a concern about my brakes. Justin looked at them and said they needed to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and fix them but please hurry I had a meeting to go to. He got the oil change and brake job done quickly and correctly and I was early to my meeting!! Team work is what it takes to run a great service department. The communication shown and the quality of work produced by Lollie,Jason, and Justin show that they are the best in the business! I'll be back in 5,000 miles!! More
