On my interest I went to visit and took a test drive of the vehicle. I do not deny the fact that I liked the vehicle, it was odyssey EX-L. Dominique was great help to explain everything to me about the veh the vehicle. I do not deny the fact that I liked the vehicle, it was odyssey EX-L. But I finally met with this guy, who with appearance made me feel like he is Vise President for sales, literally insulted me. He not only called me a liar but also asked me to go for Cheaper brands like FORD. He called Toyota and Honda as a premium brand like I know nothing about cars. I am feeling now that I made a mistake even thinking about your dealership. Nobody would like to get insulted. Even after my insult at their desk I kept peace. I already had discussion with three guys including Dominique, his another fresher friend, plus his manager, now after that this guy came and started with only insulting words. He was not at all interested in sale... I guess the reason was I asked for a out of stock vehicle, and they did not find a better way to say no. More

I am relocating from NYC and after not having a car for so many years, I was kind of at a loss. The sales team are awesome. No pressure to buy, happy to show you around. We purchased a Honda Odyssey and wanted a roof rack and some extra lights added - again awesome work, It took Honda finance two mon show you around. We purchased a Honda Odyssey and wanted a roof rack and some extra lights added - again awesome work, It took Honda finance two months to pay off my old loan - the other financing company called me 3 times a day as Honda had failed to pay off my old loan. I had returned by extended warranty and the financing company took that money as a "payment" as Honda failed to pay off my old loan in a timely manner. I am still $250 dollars out of pocket and call Honda daily...but am waiting for someone to have the custosey to call me back. More
I took my 2010 Odyssey in for an oil change. A new salesman approached me about trading it in for a new one. I thought we were just going to talk about it. Turns out I was in negotiations with them fo salesman approached me about trading it in for a new one. I thought we were just going to talk about it. Turns out I was in negotiations with them for about 6 hours because first, they prolonged my vehicle in service, then John wouldn't give me my keys back. Kept trying to negotiate with me. I asked for them on three different occasions! John was able to convince us to buy a new one (guess the wearing down tactic works) and he did get us a good interest rate, but when the financing paperwork was written up (at 9pm) it was not what was agreed to and signed with John. When I went back in to ask about the inconsistencies, I was given a complete run around. I have called and left messages for the GM several times and have not heard back from him. Be careful when dealing with the new car sales department. They are very good at their job and they used every cliche tactic possible on us. We bought a used car from them last year and were very pleased with the used car department, but will not buy from them again! More
I never look forward to buying a car. I always leave a dealership feeling stressed out a worn out. I was needing a new car and my husband and I took our family to Priority Honda in Huntersville. It is not the closest dealership to me, but I heard from a friend that this was the place to go. When we pulled up to the dealership and got out of our car a salesman named Jason walked up to us. He was really pleasant and nice, which put me at ease. He never pressured me or rushed me in to making a decision. He let me move at my own pace. While we were dealing with Jason our kids sat in the kids room and watched movies and snacked on freshly popped popcorn. This made it really easy for my husband and I to focus and not have to worry about keeping out kids entertained. While we were waiting to go in to the finance office another employee approached us and asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. We said that we were good and didn't need anything. He gave us a Starbucks gift card and thanked us for visiting. When that guy walked off Jason told us that the guy was the General Manager of the dealership. I couldn't believe that the General Manager of the dealership would take time out of his day to walk around and hand out Starbucks gift cards!! That really made us feel like we were appreciated as people and not just another sale. After everything was said and done we walked out of the dealership feeling like we got a great car at a great price. Jason has even called me to ask how I was enjoying the car and if there was anything he could do for me. I recommend that everyone go to Priority Honda!!! More
