Must be joking I had gotten an ePrice from them on a new Civic. Showed up and the saleman was busy, so he passed me onto another salesman. Test drive was fine and the salesman was helpful. However, we got back to the showroom and they immediately wanted me to fill out a Honda credit application. I told them I wouldn't do that when I hadn't even decided I was buying a Honda at all. I got the back-and-forth from the sales manager about needing to do that to give me an "accurate" price quote. I told them they could either take my word for it that I have excellent credit (which I do), or they could show me some numbers based on whatever "average" credit they use. Eventually they did, and I nearly died laughing. They had priced the car out with their add-ons of (get this): $500 window tint, $200 nitrogen in the tires, and $900 floor mats, and one other thing I can't remember. I told the salesman flat out that these add ons were a joke, and he told me that they could "maybe" do better on some of them. I left and went elsewhere, and have not returned their ten phone calls. It's easy to understand why they try to add this stuff to every car - it's 90% profit! Who in their right mind would pay ~$2,000 (on a <$20,000 car mind you) for add-ons that have a total real value of about $200? Oh well. I'll never look there again. More

Was in the process of shopping for a new Honda. Priority was one of the dealers I was shopping. I got a good offer from another dealer in writing via email. The policy is simple and easy, bring us a written offer and we will match and competitors deal and we will still include the PRIORITIES FOR LIFE! We pride ourselves on the deals we make you, the treatment you will receive, and the swiftness of the process. Don't let pricing get in the way of an easy, up front and enjoyable experience. We also have over 800 New Honda's available to us, directly in our company, we can get whatever you are looking for! Also if you are running into the issue where a dealer won't give you a price in writing then beware, the only reason someone won't put it in writing is because they don't plan on sticking to it. We are available from 9-9 Monday through Friday, 9-7 on Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday (closed first Sunday of month.) With every purchase at Priority Honda Huntersville you get the following for FREE: - FREE Oil Changes for LIFE - FREE State Inspections for LIFE - Engine Guarantee for LIFE - FREE Towing for LIFE Regards, I thought I would go with Priority since they offered the "free" extras. They refused to match the written offer. I even offered to get the competing dealer to clarify the terms in writing. They said they would not match no matter. Manager Mark Parish said he was not about to take a $3500 loss on the deal. Beware of Prioritie's so called "price match" offer and sales gimicks. Turns out their "free" perks are not free after all. And, pricing did indeed "get in the way of an easy, up front and enjoyable experience"...for them. More
I began my search for new vehicle with 6 months of research, having decided on the Honda Pilot Touring I then began the search for the right dealership. I reached out via email to a few dealerships in our area and immediately had responses from them all, however, Sarah was by far the friendliest. At no time during the SEVERAL weeks that would follow did she pressure me, or try to pull any of those "icky sales tricks." She just patiently answered my questions, always responding quickly. When it came time to discuss the actual purchase we quickly reached an agreement on a deal that was INCREDIBLE! When I arrived at the dealership I met Sarah, and then Randy who was also extremely friendly and helpful! Having done 100% of the negotiations online meant that all we needed to do was test drive and sign. Randy assisted in taking our information and then passed us along to Rachel in Finance... Rachel was so incredibly helpful!!! She was sweet, honest and very helpful in helping us decided on extended warranties and such. I looked over the paperwork and all the numbers were exactly what Sarah and I had agreed on! Rachel did her best to move the process along and before I knew it, we were the proud new owners of a Honda Pilot Touring!!! From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we received the keys took about an hour... and HOUR! No need to spend your entire day buying a car anymore... call/email Priority Honda! One of the "extras" we decided to purchase was the First Place Finish, Randy said he would have Tuesday in the Service Department call to set it up... I expected to hear from her before the week was out - but she called first thing Monday morning! She asked what worked best for us, and we have an appointment for Saturday afternoon... Now THAT is SERVICE! If you are serious about buying a Honda, let the good people at Priority Honda Huntersville earn your business. You'll be so glad you did! More

With a baby on the way in a few weeks, it was time to trade my trusty "daily driver", a 1999 2-door Honda Civic hatchback for something a bit more family friendly. Certainly something that's easier to get a baby in and out of and that has a few more airbags and modern safety features. A friend recommended Priority Honda in Huntersville. Right from the start they were the only dealership that adhered to my primary wish of avoiding phone calls in lieu of email (I prefer email.). Second, Eric Shoen was great. It was clear he was focused on helping me purchase the right car and what I wanted...rather than try to "sell" me something. Overall, my experience was great and my family is loving the new 2014 Honda Pilot Touring Edition 4WD. I will definitely be recommending Priority Honda to friends and family. More
I started my BLACK FRIDAY with a service appointment! and came home with a new Accord. Guess it was timing/karma and a really nice sales associate!!! He has the patience of a saint, let me take my time looking and answering all my questions since I am not a techno geek in any way. The test drives were fun too!! I tried 3 different cars and it all worked out. LOVE the car!!! Went back today to pick up something I'd left the day before and he came out to help me sort out HOW to use the radio!!! Priority has always been good to me - have been a service customer for 7 years! I had started the 'purchase' phase a couple times in last 2 years but seems I was just not quite ready then. Lester helped me make it happen!!! THANKS!!! More
These people really work as a team . I am very impressed that I was able to be in and out with all questions answered in less than a few hours time and great coffee . I love the civic it is awesome .
