Had to drop my vehicle the night before my appointment for service (which I made online--very convenient!!!) and could not pick it up until the day after--it was not an issue at all. Always easy quick in and out--each member of the Priority team I have encountered since purchasing my vehicle there two years ago has been very friendly, professional, and courteous. I am quite pleased that I purchased my vehicle there and would not dream of going anywhere else for service! More

easy, simple and just perfect! We met with Mike Gaston on Tuesday the 30th of December and I had my new car on the 31st! He showed me 1 car and it was just perfect! A Honda Civic We met with Mike Gaston on Tuesday the 30th of December and I had my new car on the 31st! He showed me 1 car and it was just perfect! A Honda Civic that was 2 years old, in perfect condition and the price could not have been better. Peppi Buonocore handled the second part of the transaction just as efficiently. The entire team at this Honda dealership could not have been nicer. The entire experience was absolutely the best ever! More

UPDATED 12.23.14: NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! Even if their price is seemingly desirable, they will find a way to screw you. Believe me, much to my chagrin, they did it to me. They are shady beyond belief. ***Update*** 12.23.14: Having contacted the SALES team (Russ Mann and his Manager Justin) they dealt with the issue. I actually like the sales guys a lot - there were minimal games and even with some challenges getting the correct vehicle, they handled them professionally. I cannot change the review of the finance team - caveat emptor applies to extreme levels as soon as you cross into the "Finance" process. There doesn't seem to be a clear set of values or integrity at play - even speaking with the Finance Manager on the phone last night trying to address the issue, his comments basically implied that it's okay to take advantage of your customer if you think you can get away with it. However, all of that said, Priority did rectify the issue - but I did not get near anyone in the Finance department - Justin (the sales manager) dealt with them and I am now satisfied with the end result.... just later and with significantly more angst than should have been the case.
