Overall a great dealership! I recently purchased a 2015 CRV EX-L from Priority Honda. It was quite the drive for me (79 miles, one way) but their prices and amenities offered (li I recently purchased a 2015 CRV EX-L from Priority Honda. It was quite the drive for me (79 miles, one way) but their prices and amenities offered (life time oil change, state inspection and engine guarantee) made it worth it. Troy Jones was a phenomenal salesman. He usually works in the used car area so I lucked out that he was in new car sales that specific day. Troy was great to work with, a real customer advocate that cares and does what he can to help. He made sure we were taken care of and took the time to explain the process to us. The sales manager, I believe her name was Alicia, seemed somewhat abrasive on initial meeting but over my several days of interaction with her she became more friendly. They worked with my crazy work schedule and accommodated me well. I did not finance through the dealership, but my limited time with the man in the finance department (who never told me his name) was very disappointing. He did not seem welcoming or approachable. He seemed to have an "I don't care about you" attitude because I wasn't financing through the dealership. There were questions that I had but he made me seem like such a bother that I just waited and asked my bank instead. Very unfriendly. Aside from that, this is a great dealership to work with and look forward to the years of interaction I will have with them! More
