I still hate the car lot experience, but got what I wanted! I'm a CarMax customer who has thoroughly enjoyed their no hassle experience. This was my first time back in the world of dealership sales and it was I'm a CarMax customer who has thoroughly enjoyed their no hassle experience. This was my first time back in the world of dealership sales and it was almost everything I remembered it to be. The endless back and forth with the Sales guy, and then the Finance guy. The process took over 4 hours when I had one car I was interested in, was already a sold customer, ended up paying the Internet sticker price (no haggling allowed), and was pre-approved for a car loan, so the finance guy should have been happy. It turned out the finance guy had to do some finaggling with the bank to get me the deal I wanted. John, the sales guy, was gracious and professional, the finance guy was, after all the wheeling and dealing had consumed most of the day, also nice to work with face-to-face. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted, so I am giving them a 4. Based on the other comments, it sounds like this was a good dealership, so I am grateful for not having to suffer through a bad dealership experience. Thank you to the staff and support staff for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. More

Definite focus on customer service I came to trade in a vehicle that I was very excited to part with - I had had limited interaction with Priority Honda before reaching out to them onli I came to trade in a vehicle that I was very excited to part with - I had had limited interaction with Priority Honda before reaching out to them online and received a phone call within 15 minutes of submitting an online request. Troy was then my sales person and contact throughout the entire process. Due to time constraints on my part, we split my visits into two days which provided me plenty of time to ask questions and familiarize myself with the car. He was fantastic and very quick to respond. I also had the pleasure of working with Sean, Finance Manager, who quickly corrected a paperwork mistake and hit the mark on customer service by righting a wrong. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen for anyone interested in purchasing a pre-owned Honda. More
