Leased commercial vehicle handled easily with John Troxler I needed to turn in old lease and start a new commercial lease. I dreaded the process but John and I were able to negotiate everything by text or pho I needed to turn in old lease and start a new commercial lease. I dreaded the process but John and I were able to negotiate everything by text or phone. He then completed 99% of the paperwork before I arrived. I was in and out and the time there was limited. With the assistance of a very sharp and competent finance manager Peppi Bonocore, the transacation was a very pleasant one. Highly recommend these two, especially when it is a more tedious business transaction. More

Every feature was explained. all trim levels discussed. He went out of his way to get us the exact car we wanted; right color and interior. The sale was finalized at a price we both felt good about. "Assistant Service Manager Chris Coley" I had an exhausting 900 mile drive from Arkansas to Concord in my 2011 Honda Cr-V. About 300 miles before reaching Concord, I notice a "something" h I had an exhausting 900 mile drive from Arkansas to Concord in my 2011 Honda Cr-V. About 300 miles before reaching Concord, I notice a "something" hanging down from my rear axle. I knew in two days I had to return to Arkansas and Texas with my wife and my daugherter and son-in-law's family dog and a full load of "cargo" for a move their whole family was making to Texas. Chris Coley met me at the service department check-in. Was cordial, cheerful, friendly and very helpful. I told him my circumstance and he told me he would have my vehicle checked out (and washed!!!) and would call me in a couple of hours. I jut knew the outcome was going to be expensive and laborious and time consuming. Chris called me about three hours later, told me that the part was a cover that had come loose on one end, that it had been tightened and my vehcile was ready to go. I asked what the charges were. He said, "Oh, there are no charges! It was an easy fix." I will forever be grateful to Chris and Priority Honda for making what was already a tiring, tensful trip SO much less stressful. Overall excellent Overall each trip was very satisfactory. Staff worked hard to meet customer needs. Last trip was not up to standards due to shuttle service. Another customer and I were told the shuttle would leave at 1 PM so be ready at that time. Apparently the shuttle driver left just before 1 PM to handle mail. He did not return until 1:25. More
