Hello All! In October I took my 25 year old Honda Accord (yes 25 years old) to this dealership because my horn just started blowing in the middle of the night f In October I took my 25 year old Honda Accord (yes 25 years old) to this dealership because my horn just started blowing in the middle of the night for some unknown reason which caused me to have to go outside at like 3 a.m. sometimes to turn it off. Not knowing the reason, I decided to take it to Hall Honda in Huntersville. There I met some very kind customer oriented people. That informed me that I had a recall on my airbag that was possibly connected to the horn, which was causing the horn to be stuck and blowing like it was. The guys" were so kind and found out that Honda no longer carries the parts needed for my car. Then I met the Service Manager Mr. Michael Murphy which helped the fellows to order the parts for my car. I can only say that I am very grateful for the experience I have received from them. As much as I love my car they all helped me to get my car back on the right track. If you'd like to get the best customer service, along with some all around kind & courteous people, This is where you may want to go. The people at this dealership were amazing! My car broke down on a road trip and I was able to get it to Hall's. My hometown dealership was supposed to call them, but somehow the message never My car broke down on a road trip and I was able to get it to Hall's. My hometown dealership was supposed to call them, but somehow the message never got through. It didn't matter, however, because the Service Manager, Mike Murphy, came out to help. Everyone did everything possible to get us back on the road. While we were waiting they offered to take us to get food, they offered comfortable seats, water, etc. When they weren't able to complete the service that day, they sent us home-to Virginia!-with a loaner vehicle because we needed to get back for some important medical appointments .Mr. Murphy had them fill the car with gas before we left so we wouldn't have to stop again. Keith was wonderful about getting the gas and getting us settled in and ready to drive the 3 hours. When we couldn't get the car back the next day due to extenuating circumstances, Hiram was so understanding. When we arrived back at the dealership, everyone greeted us like we were old friends. Everything was ready to go so we could make the return trip quickly. Mike told me that if I ever had questions about Honda vehicles to give him a call. Those 3 men helped us navigate a very stressful situation. They treated us with kindness, respect, and compassion which is a rare thing these days! Thank you Hall Honda for being our angels that day! These people don’t know what they are doing. I got a car from the. It has been in the shop about 3 times and they don’t even know what is really wrong with my car. The car has to go back but now I am y of taking it elsewhere but again there is more money on top of a car payment coming out of my pocket. I will be looking into the news and a lawyer about this. I took it in for an inspection and was told the tires were about to go, no one offered to replace them or point out anything else. The battery died two weeks later and all the fluids were low. I used to love them and was looking at trading in soon but I’ll take my business elsewhere since they obviously aren’t interested! More
