Fraud / Cheaters I was in the market to lease 2019 Honda Odyssey. I was contact by Corey from Priority Honda. I lived over an hour away from the dealership. I made sur I was in the market to lease 2019 Honda Odyssey. I was contact by Corey from Priority Honda. I lived over an hour away from the dealership. I made sure with Corey that I don’t want to do the typical sale process of back and forth and serious about leasing the car and don’t want to waste any time. He ensured me that it will be smooth process and I don’t have to come to the dealership just to talk, and it will be a finalized deal. I provided him all the details ( Trade Payoff, vin, miles, credit score etc). He assured me in writing (Via Text message) about the deal and we agreed upon the final numbers. He texted me that he has confirmed the deal with his General Manager and it’s all good to go and all the deal been entered in the system. All I had to go to sign the paperwork. I made an appointment with him for the next day at between 10 am to 11am. I went to the dealer around 10:50am. Corey texted me around 10:40 that he had to step out of the dealership and one of his peers will assist with the deal and all the information is entered in the system already. When I arrived there, there was nothing in the system. I was told that they are not aware of any deal and I had to start everything from the scratch. I had no choice but to do it there. But the problem started when they didn’t want to honor the deal which was presented to me in writing by one of their employees. I spoke to the sales manager Chris Hall and he presented me with a radicicolous deal. After wasting about an hour of my time, Chris Hall told me that he will speak with the GM and Corey and will get back to me the next day. Its been over 10 days that Chris Hall hasn’t call me yet. I have left more than 6 messages for Chris Hall and 2 messages for General Manager to return my call but nothing as of today. This is exactly I was trying to avoid. If a deal can not be made then be honest and let the customer know. Why you had lie and cheat the consumer. And not only that, Chris Hall kept on defending his sales person even after I showed him the communication between me and Corey. Maybe this is the way this dealership trains their employee to cheat and defraud consumer. I will caution everyone to be aware of these cheaters. There are many other good dealerships that will treat you with respect. Don’t let these fools to cheat you. More

I was having my CR-V serviced and somehow walked away with a brand new Accord and it is one of the best things I have done and the reason is Clyde Bethea. He is by far the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Before I met him I did not believe there was any such thing as an honest car salesman. If you are going to Priority Honda Huntersville, ask for Clyde!! Overall, the whole experience was as pleasant as buying a car can be, the whole team was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. Totally worth it. More

From the moment we walked in and met Ben, we explained we were test driving several different brands of SUV and wanted to test drive the new Pilot. He was quick to put our entire family into a beautiful Pilot and take it for a spin. He took the time to answer tons of random questions and show us a number of features during the drive. After the test drive, we knew we had a huge decision to make based on the other competitors' vehicles we test drove that day. After a lot of discussion, we knew the Pilot Elite was for us. Ben was extremely helpful and friendly and accessible via phone/text/email to continue to answer questions and assist us with accessories selection and price negotiation. He was so flexible with scheduling times for us to come in to sign paperwork and was very understanding of our family's very busy schedule. The best part of our experience with Ben, was not feeling the typical sales rep "high pressure." He truly listened to us and worked with us at our pace rather than just pushing for a sale. Our family will happily recommend Ben Nash at Priority Honda to any of our friends looking to buy a car. Added charges for $895 worth of gap insurance that I was not informed of on car purchase. Did not notify my car insurance of new purchase and have been driving around for one month with no coverage and I wasn't aware. When my car insurance company called them, they were rude and not cooperative. I have left messages with no response. I have emailed the general manager with no response. If you are looking for a Honda, I definitely would not buy here. Stick with Hendricks if you want service. Very disappointed that I purchased a $32k vehicle at Priority Honda and I have been treated so poorly. Brandon Hunt was my salesman. Save yourself the trouble. Go some where else to spend your hard earned money. More

Her salesman, Joe Castellano, took very good care of my fiance. She was nervous about buying a car without me as I had to work. Joe showed her all the options the car had and explained them to her so she could understand. When it came time to present the numbers again, all the care was taken to make sure she was comfortable. We love the car and had such a great experience I am considering trading my Hyundai in for a Honda. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a new car. I don't know if he sells used cars as he is in the new car building but it is nice to see a car salesman with integrity. More
