I asked twice if the vehicle was still there and twice I was told that it was. I made an appointment, drove an hour, 15 minutes to see it. Once I was there, I was told that it had been sold. I told them their people had verified twice it was on the lot. They said that that was a calling service for them and they had “fired” them this morning. I wanted to laugh in their faces for them thinking I was so dumb, but I was too mad that they had wasted my time. What...did they think because I was a woman that I would believe their fabrications? They told me that they had another car that would be just right for me....I had looked at a sport utility and the car that was “going to be just right for me” was a tiny sedan. That’s three wasted hours of my life that I won’t get back. More

Extremely caring and helpful I leased a car from the Billette team consisting of Austin,Zaey,George . As concerns came up they handled them and with care . They listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. Delivery team did a great job explaining all the features of my new Honda. I could have bought a new Honda from several dealerships that are a shorter drive from my home but I'm glad I purchased a Priority Honda. You can't beat the Priority for Life commitment. More

Long Service Time I bought my truck at Priority Honda a couple of months ago. It came with free lifetime oil changes (bonus!). Today, I brought it in for the first oi I bought my truck at Priority Honda a couple of months ago. It came with free lifetime oil changes (bonus!). Today, I brought it in for the first oil change. I was offered a tire rotation. I took that...and was informed it was $26.95 (ouch! Now, I know why the oil changes are free.) I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1:00 appointment. At 2:20 (yes, 1 hour and 20 minutes - for an oil change and tire rotation), I was finally informed it was done. Right now, I don't care if the oil change AND tire rotation were free, I will not be going back. I can get an oil change and tire rotation done for about $40 at my "local" place, AND, have it done within 40-45 minutes. The only reason for 3 stars (and not less) is because the workers were VERY friendly. Will I buy another vehicle from here? Maybe / Probably. Will I have it serviced here? Nope. PS - I did not bring this to anyone's attention at that time...I was too busy stewing about the wait, and, just needed to get back to work, and apologize for such a long "lunch". More

A great quick experience. I went to look at used cars on a Tuesday evening not expecting to buy anything. I ended up leaving with a 2018 Honda Accord that I love.
