I have to admit - this venue has held some not so pleasant memories for me. I was one last affected by the Honda of Lake Norman trade non-payoff scandal... then an extremely misleading leasing ar pleasant memories for me. I was one last affected by the Honda of Lake Norman trade non-payoff scandal... then an extremely misleading leasing arrangement with Priority Honda which led me next door to Mazda after a lengthy history of owning Hondas. I decided to trade my Mazda and went back to Mazda to do business. Unfortunately, they decided to low-ball a trade in value... which caused me, for the first time ever, to walk away from the table. Reluctantly, I drove back on to the Honda lot - which is now Hall Honda. I was met on the lot by Wallah Richardson - who, along with Demario in finance, made this the ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I was frustrated at first and was a bit reserved. Wallah listened to what I wanted and customized my experience from there. I seemed to have his full attention for the duration of this experience. He was personable, attentive and thorough. Not once did I ever feel he was pushing a sales agenda. After my purchase - Wallah has checked in and has followed up on a few other asks that I've had. His level of service and concern has been just as high after the sale as is was before. How often does that happen? All of the reservations that this lot holds for me - Wallah broke those down and turned this visit into the best car buying experience I've had. Too often we speak of the bad ones... but this is my chance to shout out the excellence in service this guy delivers. If you are "looking" or "buying" - ask for Wallah Richardson by name. With what he can control - you wont be disappointed. More

My mom bought a CRV from Hall Honda under a week ago and traded in her used Civic. She has been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days because her AC is broken. She's called and emailed with no respons traded in her used Civic. She has been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days because her AC is broken. She's called and emailed with no response and finally late this afternoon they let her know they can see her two days from now. I called and spoke with Dustin regarding our frustrations and he offered no apology or attempts to right their wrong. He didn't offer his name on the call and as soon as I finished providing my reason for the call his response was "he's on vacation," but she received no out of office and called additional people as well. Completely ridiculous customer service and just another example of car salespersons trying to make a sale and not caring about the customer. They never should have let the car off the lot but even worse, they should have made attempts to make it right. AVOID!! More
