Your dealership is causing them as well. And its becoming a regular instance. The body shop you sent me to has messed up on multiple occassions. I tried using them, was even sent to another location after the regional manager said that location you sent me to was bad. I have a honda letter instructing me to visit an authorized dealer.. My authorized dealer sent me to an authorized po$ place that did more po$ work and lately your place did additional damage to the passenger side door. I came in that facility under its new name acting as an authorized dealer for honda and with your direction and my car now looks like we bought it used. My car is worse. Stop detering and take over and act as the authorized dealer that sent me to someone who cant put me back as the happy Honda owner I gave 28K up front to be. I shouldnt have to continue doing this when all I did was come there trusting my car would be kept maintained when you all too are contributing to the obvious damages and lost floor mats, dead batteries that keep happening lights that go out. My wife is embarrassed to even come there anymore we hate that dealership now and our oil changes, inspections and rotations all are tied to that place your service sucks from what it used to be I promise... Between being eye-xx'd and her intelligence demeaned by some jerk who thinks he's a bigger baller.. we're exhausted to even talk to you people but we have to if we want our car fixed I promise I wish I had driven to another location before letting yalls hands touch our car or listening to where we have to take it. I wont go away till its resolved so get used to it media person.
