I went for an oil change and when I showed up they appeared busy but Eric D. got to me taken care of quickly. After the oil change he said everything looked good. If I could give them negative stars I would. I was assured 3 separate times before leasing a new Honda Civic, that I would be able to bring the car back if any personal issues occurred within 3 days o assured 3 separate times before leasing a new Honda Civic, that I would be able to bring the car back if any personal issues occurred within 3 days of signing the lease. At the last step of the process I decided to ask one last time just to make sure that I wasn't lied to. When I asked the fourth time I was told that I was lied to, and that they would not honor what the other salesman had told me on 3 separate occasions. The general manager, Alex Fung-A-Ling, came in and was acting like a child repeating questions unrelated to the issue. He started to physically shake because he was so upset at my calmness and unwillingness to accept the terrible terms he wanted to place on me. He eventually got up and canceled the sale after they had already hit me credit. I would recommend everybody stay as far away from this place as possible and I will be letting everyone that I know about the abysmal experience I had here. Please do not go here for a car. You will regret it. More
