If I could give more than 5 stars I would - I've bought a few cars in my life and this was hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with! Chris and the Hall Honda team (GM Alex, Sales Manager Mr. Gat few cars in my life and this was hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with! Chris and the Hall Honda team (GM Alex, Sales Manager Mr. Gathers, and DeMario in Finance) exceeded my expectations and took an impossible situation and made it work for me. I got a better vehicle than I went in for and they worked hard to overcome the issues in my particular scenario. Everyone throughout the dealership was friendly and exuded top notch customer service, they were informative, they listened and were never pushy. I made my first inquiry via the website on a Sunday morning, had a response from Chris within a few hours and I drove home with the car the following evening! I will refer everyone I can to this dealership and I feel safe sending my son to them when he buys his next car in the near future. I love the diversity of their team and cannot say enough good things about my buying experience. Chris - you are the man and thank you so very much! More
Alex is very unprofessional. I wish I could give negative rating here. He literally cheated me. I got the price locked for a 22 CRV EXL by paying advance and on the day of delivery, while finishing the paper rating here. He literally cheated me. In first place there was no 21 CRV EXL in the inventory. This guy purposefully didn't give me the Honda finance promotional interest rate as well. Extremely bad experience with my purchase. I know this guy cheated since a friend who got the same price deal by quoting my purchase order but luckily for him dealt with another sales manager , so he didn't have to go through all the pain I had to go through and also got the Honda promotional interest rate. The sales manager I spoke to initially and set up the deal wasn't there at the time of paperwork and this guy and all others at the dealership made a very painful car purchase experience. Any new buyers, beware of this guy and also please keep a copy of every paper if you have to return to dealership to finish paperwork. More

I had an appointment today with Carlos on a used Acura RDX. What a DISPPOINTMENT. The interior on driver's side was TRASHED. Driver door was stained BAD, rockers had DEEP scratches in it and driver's seat RDX. What a DISPPOINTMENT. The interior on driver's side was TRASHED. Driver door was stained BAD, rockers had DEEP scratches in it and driver's seat was pancaked. Price on vehicle was almost $46,000. It had less than 12,000 miles on it. They never fixed any of these items before customers see it. NO RECONDITIONING at all. I can't recommend dealer due to POOR dealership presentation. Get it right before ANY customers see your vehicles. More

Faisal was never pushy, understood right at the start what my objectives were and focused on meeting those for me. I've worked with many dealerships over the years, and this is the first time I felt that a dealership understood the value of building a long-term relationship with a customer. I watched very closely, in all my interactions with Hall Honda through the Sales lifecycle process in my purchase, to ensure Hall approached each step knowing future car purchases and service visits, plus word of mouth reputation meant more to them than making a sale. Extremely important given the current economic situation and supply/demand position the industry has on consumers. Looking forwards to the continued customer service and sales opportunity, and I'm confident Hall Honda will keep the positive, customer relationship focused momentum going!
