I was in the market for a 2024 passport black edition I saw online that they had one available so I called to inquire about getting an estimate for my vehicle for trade towards this new vehicle. Adrian tol saw online that they had one available so I called to inquire about getting an estimate for my vehicle for trade towards this new vehicle. Adrian told me that I could send photos with the vin and mileage. Which I was happy to send. Almost immediately a person identifying them selves as Danny the manager who asked me some questions about what I wanted todo. I then had the unpleasure of dealing with potentially one of the most rude and unprofessional General sales managers I’ve ever had to deal with he started with saying my truck is worth $4000 less than Kbd rough trade in. Then told me he did not say that. Felt the need to talk about how he has 15 years of used car experience. I then asked him for the out the door price with my trade to try and keep the conversation productive. He responded with a pretty fair price of $52,897 I responded with I would prefer to keep it under $50,000 which he responded telling me that I should put the difference as a down payment as that would reduce the cost of the car. Which at this point I could tell that I wouldn’t be able to do business with a company that the general manager talks to potential customers like this so I told him he was funny 2 hours later he asked if I’d like to move forward it would require a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. In which I informed him that I was actually planning on leaving this review due to his unprofessionalism. He said that that doesn’t surprise him. To Hall Honda on your website the only person named Danny is Danny Polli who is your general sales manager. Why would you want some who is rude unprofessional and condescending to potential customers to be the general sales manager. To every one else if I could rate this dealership lower I would I will make sure that all of my friends and acquaintances know how this manager treated me and buyer should avoid at all cost. More
I have been going to this dealership since I bought my car. This is the first time they do not allow me to use a coupon for an oil change I received from Honda in my email. This guy did not even try looki car. This is the first time they do not allow me to use a coupon for an oil change I received from Honda in my email. This guy did not even try looking at the coupon and straight told me to go to another one. He will be the reason I will not be coming back for service or even consider buying a car there again. Hall Honda always gives such excellent customer service. Today I only waited an hour and a half for an oil change but I was a walk-in. Hiram was very busy but still made time for little ole' me.
