My car broke down on a friday and I was driving off the Hall Honda Lot with a new car on Saturday! From the moment I contacted Chris, the communication was nothing short of EXCELLENT. I was given all of my Hall Honda Lot with a new car on Saturday! From the moment I contacted Chris, the communication was nothing short of EXCELLENT. I was given all of my options front and center and any questions I had were answered promptly! The customer service was so excellent it even went as far as Chris picking me up to bring me to the dealership to sign my paper work and get me rolling in my new car. The whole entire staff that was there that night was amazing but chris really put in overtime to make sure that I was taken care of. Hall Honda is not a good dealer to buy a used vehicle. For used vehicles, Carmax or Carvana would be the appropriate dealers to go to. I bought a vehicle there and inspected the vehicle before the sales paperwork, everything was fine. After paying for the vehicle the following day, I picked up the vehicle without a second inspection, drove the vehicle home, began cleaning the exterior giving it my final touches, and noticed on the passenger side, damage to the rear wheel well trim, rear door handle chrome scratched and a broken mirror housing. The damages were not consistent with a single incident. My deduction change-outs were done. they knew something was wrong but everyone kept quiet. The repairs were left up to me even though there is a company warranty. They refused to repair the damaged mirror unless I paid for it. They actually tried to sell me a mirror for $800.I'm stuck with the broken mirror, but so far the vehicle is very good. The vehicle I bought was over $25000.This is a one-star operation. They are all nice people, only to their families. More
