I am Not sure whom exactly to write to about the service I have received at Your dealership. a consultant and her manager assisted me about a month back with purchase of a Honda HRV EXL 4WD (green). They assured me after i asked repeatedly that it will be there by January. I booked it and stopped looking for a car. Now they are calling me with all their stories and trying to sell me 2022 model, CRV, 2WD, LX, Sport etc. Even after I have specified many times what I want. They are just not giving me answer if they will be able to give the car that I booked. It is frustrating that after one month they are saying this. I hope its not the usual practice of HALL Honda. I was wondering if it is possible I work with some other consultant /manager and get a clear and honest picture as to whats happening. Thanks More

We bought 2 Hondas this fall -- a Passport and a Pilot. Justin, Marcellus, Travis, and Kevin were all amazing. Extremely disappointed in this dealership I tried to purchase a Vehicle from this dealership and they tried to sell me the car that I wanted for 12K over MSRP. I've spoken to several other Honda dealer purchase a Vehicle from this dealership and they tried to sell me the car that I wanted for 12K over MSRP. I've spoken to several other Honda dealers that don't mark up over MSRP. I strongly recommend looking at Honda dealers that are going to be here for the long term. Not one that's tiring to Gouge every Consumer that walks in their door. More
Adrien was great, and was the reason we didn’t walk out as we did at Hendricks. His manager on the other hand offended us 2 time’s unnecessarily while we were discussing prices, And did it in front of my c as we did at Hendricks. So embarrassing. we literally almost walked out, until Adrien spoke sense to the situation. He deserves a medal for that. However another area and the biggest problem we had, which is why we can’t recommend the dealership, is the sneaky deceptive move by the manager to “negotiate down” $2,100 from the “original price” but did it on the red model which cost $400 more (we purchased the black one). We never wanted the red model, but only wanted the black model. They changed everything but kept the price the same. So we basically paid $400 more. They probably gave each other high fives when we walked out, thinking they pulled a fast one on us, and that we didn’t know. We knew. And it basically guaranteed we will tell that to other friends to avoid the place for such deceptive practices. It’s a shame, because we have a van to trade in and buy another vehicle within the next month or two, but will need to take our business elsewhere because we doubt even writing this in the review will correct the problem at all. It’s a shame that tricking some hundreds of dollars out of your customer, will equal future losses of thousands you could have earned from that same customer. Adrien was great however, and seemed uncomfortable with what management was doing and let us know that that they work the numbers and do their thing, while he does his thing. If Adrien would go to another dealership, we would buy from him again. He deserves a good rating. The manager and management practices, not so much. More
