I just got a car from Hall Honda Huntersville and I could not be happier with the purchase! I am Not sure whom exactly to write to about the service I have received at Your dealership. a consultant and her manager assisted me about a month back with purchase of a Honda HRV EXL 4WD (green). They as I have received at Your dealership. a consultant and her manager assisted me about a month back with purchase of a Honda HRV EXL 4WD (green). They assured me after i asked repeatedly that it will be there by January. I booked it and stopped looking for a car. Now they are calling me with all their stories and trying to sell me 2022 model, CRV, 2WD, LX, Sport etc. Even after I have specified many times what I want. They are just not giving me answer if they will be able to give the car that I booked. It is frustrating that after one month they are saying this. I hope its not the usual practice of HALL Honda. I was wondering if it is possible I work with some other consultant /manager and get a clear and honest picture as to whats happening. Thanks More
