Never buying a Honda again After buying my brand new pilot from this dealership and a light turned on for check engine too the car to the dealer and they told me that the issue After buying my brand new pilot from this dealership and a light turned on for check engine too the car to the dealer and they told me that the issue is me not using premium gas so I switched the gas typ but the light continued to come on. After the 100k mark they checked my car again and told me that the issue is the emotion system so we replaced three parts in the imition system but the light crept coming on they then told me that they don’t know what the issue is and that they are the sending the info to the dealership and will get back into his with me about it, since then I have been back to change the oil many times and they have no updated information about the issue. This has been very frustrating and unexpected form what I thought is a good car brand but now I feel like it is a bad choices. More

I actually drove 20 minutes out of my way to go to this service center because of a bad experience at the closest Honda center to me. I will continue to make that drive across the river to Superior for my future service needs. More

From the front desk when you walk in to service center when you pick up your vehicle, everyone is friendly, courteous The service is always the best. We were treated great by finance man, LC and believe me I have had nightmares with other finance people at other dealerships. It was absolutely the best car purchase ever! We bought late on a Friday night and was given a promise slip to detail and fill the car with gas. I called a week later and Jerry set up the appointment everything was done on the car in the promised time. I am 62 years of age and have purchased many vehicles at different dealerships and this was by far the BEST! Thank you for staffing people who know what they are doing and make promises they keep. By the way my next future vehicle purchase will be a Honda Pilot and from Jerry. More
