New Honda I had not purchased a car in a very long time. Jon Smith (yes, his real name) was great. Made me feel the most at ease I could be. Told me about all I had not purchased a car in a very long time. Jon Smith (yes, his real name) was great. Made me feel the most at ease I could be. Told me about all the different options & gave a great deal. He was genuine & honest. The way they make you go about the financing part is the only reason I am deducting one star. They lead you to the back of the dealership in a small, uncomfortable office & start throwing numbers at you. It was all very confusing. I was not given any option other than "these are the three things you need & we are offering just to you.. Now what payment plan works for you". I understand that is how they make their money, but it is very shady & the reason people hate buying cars. The car itself is fantastic & I have gotten so many compliments. Everyone talks about how great Hondas are and how dependable. Looking forward to enjoying my car for a long time. More

Bad experience that cost me more money. I purchase a Accord, bought it back to get the free wash. It was damage during that process. The Sales Manager told me not to worry they would take ca I purchase a Accord, bought it back to get the free wash. It was damage during that process. The Sales Manager told me not to worry they would take care of it and exchange the vehilce out. Which they did, but all at my Expense. The new vehilce sold to me at a higher price and now I have higher interest rate, all due to their neglect. More
