We were purchasing our leased vehicles, and Damian was great with helping us get a lot of the paperwork ready ahead of time, so that the time spent at the dealership was short. The one thing I wish was provided (or that I had asked for) was a detailed breakdown of the charges. Damian provided the payoff total, and the financed total, and I assumed the difference was TT&L. It turned out there was a $300 fee per car, that I would have liked to have known about before coming into the dealership. I am still not convinced that this is a fair fee, but in the interest of not having to come back, we paid it. This likely will impact my shopping with Superior in the future. More
