My salesperson, however, was wonderful...thank you LARRY MORA! This is my third Honda purchase and my first encounter with this dealership was 6 years ago when I went to purchase my 2013 Honda CRV. I arrived there at 5:30 or 6:30 pm and had been looking around approximately 20 or 30 minutes with absolutely no help. Finally, my husband and I decided to look for a salesman and was told "Sorry, we're closing early for the day." We drove to N.O. East and made our purchase there, that same evening. Fast forward to yesterday, my poor salesman appeared to have been rushing to help us finalize our purchase because the other employees were ready to leave for the evening. We were told all entrances were closed except for one and at this particular time, it was 7:45 pm. The dealership is listed on the website to close at 8pm. I felt bad for Larry as he had to hurry and gather his things and shut down the used car office while one employee sat in a car at the exit waiting for us to leave while the other one finalized our sale and locked up the new car showroom. I can tell you, I will continue to buy Honda but probably won't return to that location. More

Excellent Experience at Superior Honda I started communicating with Damian Knight Internet Sales Consultant, she was very receptive to all my questions via e mail from the start. I was offe I started communicating with Damian Knight Internet Sales Consultant, she was very receptive to all my questions via e mail from the start. I was offered a fair price and then went into the dealership with two close friends in person to try out a Honda CRV, HRV and FIT models. I am 6'5" tall so how I fit was very important and I am also a symphony musician with two large tubas to fit in the back for work. Damian showed me all of the features of all three vehicles she was very patient and informative. I decided my instruments and I fit in the Honda HRV the best so then it was on Damian to find the Aegean Blue Metallic EX model with back window tint I wanted. She looked around and found model and color I wanted and had it driven in. When I got to the dealership I then had to work with the financing person who walked me through all of my questions about financing and options. The whole process was very easy and everyone was very professional. After I signed all of the paperwork Damian then patiently showed me all of the cars operating and electronics features. She even helped me pair my phone with the HRV system via blue tooth. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and my experience with superior Honda. More
