Horrible business I purchased my vehicle at 8pm when the store was closing. With that being said, I was rushed and was given a nightmare instead of a “deal”. The follow I purchased my vehicle at 8pm when the store was closing. With that being said, I was rushed and was given a nightmare instead of a “deal”. The following day I was told to bring my vehicle back for its detail and full tank of gas. My dealer forgot my key pad and my vehicle stayed in front the shop all day with no service. Therefore, I hade to return AGAIN!!! Since the car was purchased at night, I noticed a nick in the windshield which also was supposed to be taken care of. Not my dealer, but a different employee helped me get my windshield fixed. My dealer (Ryan) sold me my car and never helped me again after the fact. Here we are a week or two later and that nick is still in my windshield. Whatever they tried to do to fix it, did not get rid of it. I’m furious with the situation I went through. I would never recommend this dealership. The front desk lady is also the rudest by far. More
