When it came to decision day- I went back to see Tony because I trusted him (and Honda) more than anyone else I’d dealt with all week. Plus- he was really familiar with his inventory and could quickly answer questions about price and features. This mattered a LOT to me. Other salespeople at other dealerships would leave me for 15 minutes to get an answer and one flat out refused to tell me any prices, saying “He’d make the numbers work.” With Tony, I felt a good combo of professionalism, efficiency and personality.
