Superior is the right name. We had a good idea of the vehicle we wanted and the sales staff helped us determine the advantages and disadvantages of similar models. Most unimpressive experience I have ever had while buying. I walked into the dealership. Wandered around until I finally found someone to point me to internet sales. Together we walked out to the car. Wasnt al I walked into the dealership. Wandered around until I finally found someone to point me to internet sales. Together we walked out to the car. Wasnt allowed to drive anywhere out of the specified path the salesperson told me to take. Was told the car was priced to sell. Fine. Great. Buy the car, find out that in the 6 months it's been sitting on their lot, that a second key was never made. So, I have to come back, on my time during the hours the guy is usually there to get another frigging key made. Seriously? 6 months this car has been sitting here. Sales person tells me the car was pulled in, and I'm told, "See ya later." as I walk out to my car. Couple days later, something falls in between the seat cushions in the back, I go to fish it out, and I encounter GARBAGE. Under the seats. Now, I know I purchased a used vehicle, but, have some pride.. You get what you pay for, I went for the cheap price and I got cheap customer service. Will pay more next time and maybe get some decent service . Oh, and somewhere why they can afford a decent detailing crew. More
