Safety & convenience: You REMOVED the right side rear view camera from the right side rear view mirror. BIG mistake. It's a great item. 2. My seat memory, after it goes to my memorize position close to the steering wheel, does NOT return to its original open position. I then have to manually move the seat back in order to get in or out of the car without having to wedge myself in or out of the vehicle. I have not yet figured out a way around the problem. Looks like I'm stuck with using manual controls. BAD mistake. More

MY PREFERRED CHOICE FROM THE GET-GO I chose Superior Honda for several reasons: 1) I had purchased my first Honda there in 1990 2) It was the closest Honda dealership 3) The internet sal I chose Superior Honda for several reasons: 1) I had purchased my first Honda there in 1990 2) It was the closest Honda dealership 3) The internet saleswoman, Damian, was so responsive to all my emails and phone calls 4) my impression from emails and phone calls was only confirmed and improved after my first test drive with her, 4) the deal offered was the best or nearly the best of the three or four dealerships I considered and finally 5) the dealership is across the street from a strip mall with a Barnes and Noble, Starbucks and other enticements - thus not making it necessary to have a shuttle take me some distance away (at a competing dealership, I saw a sign that their shuttle could no longer bring people BACK from wherever they had been taken). Because I have not used Superior Service since the 90's, I am not prepared to evaluate it, but they would have to be pretty bad to be worse than some recent experiences at the rival dealership. More

Was annoyed I couldn’t take my car with me the day I bought after putting down a large down payment while we waited for the bank to send my loan Information which is understandable but it wasn’t made clear to me that I wasn’t able to take my car. The sales person I worked with kept saying my car was almost ready for me & then all the sudden asked where did I park after we finished. I had already told him I didn’t have a car and ubered to the location so not sure why he even asked that. Then the following day after the bank took care of everything the Sales person I worked with asked if I could wait another day for me to get my car for a personal reason and I thought that was unprofessional. I appreciated the honesty but I felt it’s common sense that as paying customer that just left. Large payment and my bank already sent all the loan paper work, having to wait another day would have been very irritating. But the individual was understanding of me wanting my car asap so took care of all that had me meet with another individual when I came to pick up my car. Other than that I love my car! More
