I told him I was pre approved through capital one & he completely ignored me and went on filling out paperwork. After I showed him proof he call the app car guru ,which I used to find the car, “xxxxxxxxx”. After calling capital one & letting them tell him I was pre approved I still had issues with getting the sale done how it should have gone. After getting frustrated I texted Gerald and told him I was getting no where with the salesman he came over and quickly got things in order. More
